terrible!! wait in drive thru just to tell them you have a mobile order get to the window and they pull all mobile orders to mobile parking but the drive thru is continuously flowing , while we sit in parking for 30 minutes!!!! their response is “drive thru had a rush we had to push mobile orders back and deal with drive thru” what kind of crap is that??? make the food when the person checks in!!!

Very under staffed! And the main soda fountain in the lobby most drinks were out of syrup! The staff was friendly but being under staffed a line cook had stop making food and help with our drinks!

The young lady at the counter was pleasant. I placed my order for a breakfast sandwich and a coke. There were only 4 ither people inside. After 15 minutes I asked for a refund. At that time she said your order is coming up now. I got my order and got back on the road. The sandwich wasn't even fresh. It had been sitting in the warmer for a while. Very bad experience for me.
Felt rushed and uncomfortable, got my order wrong, felt like they didn't want me there like if I was bothering them 🙃 Taco no Bueno.

Absolutely terrible customer service, nobody answers phone even when it might be HR, I tried ordering online and never received an email or text message, I need to be refunded or this will draw me to involve legal attention, over food? You dont need that, especially over food?
