Stopped here on 6-5-2025 did a mobile order and waited 45 minutes for it Staff is rude need a class in customer service got my food it was cold no straw was in my bag went to ask for and the lady says there is not any out there obviously not if I am asking you for one

First had to wait 15 minutes just to take my order. Then when I asked if I could get my order, the lady behind the counter snapped on me for asking to order. Finally got our food after waiting 45 minutes for food. The cashier threw our food on the counter and told us there is your food. I love Wendy’s but I will not be back to this one! Do better! Food was cold also!

I was visiting Forest Mississippi. Decided to eat at Wendy's restaurant just off the interstate about a mile down the road. I didn't go inside. I sent somebody else in but the food was pretty good especially the cheese burger. I usually take one or two bites & throw the rest of the burger away, but that day. I ate the entire cheese burger. I enjoyed the soda too. Thank you Wendy's & staff!

Filthy and the ladies restroom was dirty with no soap! How are the workers suppose to wash their hands after going!!!!!

The food is good, it's just that the workers are short staffed (or they aren't working the way they shoulder) I've been sitting in this establishment for over 30 minutes for a singular burger. Not to mention the heat is absolutely unbearable. And my food was already prepared, they were fixing a 'big order' yet the moment the other customer's name was called they grabbed the burger (already cooked) and put it in a bag. Terrible, Terrible service.

This was a very clean Wendy’s which is always a plus but there was a girl working (unfortunately didn’t catch her name) who was so sweet and made my day, she was working the register around 7pm and had really pretty eyelashes.

My frustration was the fact that we had to wait for the cashier to wait on her co worker, who gave her the order and then had to go get her wallet, all the while we were waiting to put our order in. The cashier never apologized, or even acknowledged us waiting. When her co worker came back in from her car, she got her payment, and started working on her order. Still not acknowledging the fact that we stood there for 5 or more mins. The manager was filling fry orders and saw us standing there. We left. We won't return. This happened today, 1/13/2025 at 1:30. This cashier needs to learn to multitask. This is our second occurance. Last time our order was messed up.

I have been to Wendy’s drive thru 2 fays Friday and Wednesday at lunch… 12:00… tried to order a baked potato and both days told it would be 30 minutes. It’s lunch time… the baked potatoes should be ready… Wendy’s needs a manager. It’s known for its baked potato’s…, this is not good!!!!!!’

Ordered online get to the store don't have items we accept replacement then get home and the order is missing fries try to get a answer come back 11 miles to get the fries . We can give our name and pick them up another day. Call customer service service and complain we will refund now 3 weeks later we can't gonna call bull .
