Customer service has definitely picked up, biscuits hot and fresh.
Would be nice to be asked if someone needs sugar, cream for their coffee or condiments for their food. Poor service. Least the food was hot

Drove over to Hardee’s in Fulton, MS bc the Jack’s nextdoor customer service was absolutely terrible; they rushed us out of the drivethru and there weren’t even any cars behind us. Hardee’s breakfast drivethru staff was very polite, gave us time to look at the menu, and all of our food was fresh and tasted great. We will be back!
P.S. the apple pies were great!

I enjoy the environment very much, Aleena makes my mornings much brighter every time I stop and grab food. She always makes sure my food is in the bag and I have any jellies, silverware or anything else that is needed! I love her service!!

this place is absolutely terrible when it comes to getting stuff in the drive thru. I ordered a sausage biscuit, a biscuit & gravy, a cinnamon roll, and two sides of eggs. I got everything except my sausage biscuit. I called them obviously because it’s disappointing when you drive 30+ minutes & you don’t get all of your food. this is the third time it’s happened to me, though. I let it slide in the past because I get mistakes happen. well the first time I called, they didn’t answer. the second time I did, a lady answered and i told her the issue and she said, “we’re kinda busy at the moment, can you call back later?” in the worst attitude. I said “yeah I can, it’s just about a biscuit y’all left out.” and then hung up in the middle of me speaking. I understand being busy and having multiple things to do, but I was also a paying customer with an issue I had because of THEM. So that was very unprofessional on their end. I’m not even worried about getting another biscuit, or a refund. I just think people need to be aware. It’s just upsetting how often this happens. I’ll stick to tupelo hardee’s I guess.

I had just got off work and was waiting on my brother to get off and picked me up i was hungry so i came in to hardees and ordered food and sat down and ate when i was done eating i walked out side for a smoke and come back it i was thirsty so i walked back up to the counter to get something to drink and stood there for 15 minutes while the lady be hind the counter was on the phone with somebody at the drive thru window my brother pulled up and i left it was around 4:30 pm

It was a bit slow getting through the drive through, but the food was hot and fresh. The young lady at the window was great. She was friendly and didn't act bothered when she was asked for extras. I love that breakfast is available until noon. If I lived close to Fulton, this would be my go to breakfast option.
