I went to the Jacks after the manager of this location told me to come in for an interview. I told him my name and I’d assume since I been there before he knew who was calling. I had to call from a different phone number cause after I called the first time with my personal number they hung up. I went in the that second time after I called and he told his cashier that he’d call me. As if he couldn’t tell me himself. It’s been weeks and no call. It looked like he had time to look over my application while he was sitting in his office chatting with his employees having a conversation. While taking what looked like food and just eating while doing that. Great management. Great use of his time I guess. Real professional

very unprofessional and not a great place to give your services to. the staff is very unprofessional and they aren’t attentive to their customers at all. the general manager is just as bad. he sits around chatting with his employees and eating rather than helping a customer or anyone who comes in to ask for him. very unprofessional, 10/10 do not recommend this place at all.

6 dollars for a breakfast wrap smaller than the palm of my hand. On my last visit I couldn't even order because the staff were too busy arguing. Today the staff was pleasant regardless, I try really hard to patronize local businesses but you aren't making it easy Jack's.

Staff was not helpful. Not a newbie - she told us her favorite shake flavor. But she was not attentive, we had to repeat the order and it wasn't a hard one. Ordered a family big box and two shakes to go. She served one shake in a cup with a broken bottom.. Instead of putting it in a new cup she slipped the old cup into a new one. After pulling off we realized they stole our biscuits! The chicken was dry and the shakes tasted like they were made with milk about to spoil. This was my first lunch at a Jacks and my last. I will never go back.

For a fast food restaurant, this one is one of the best I've visited in a year or two. Warm greeting and welcome staff outside on Adirondack chair. Smiles by all staff and management inside. Their handmade ice cream shakes, strawberry ? is my favorite, are wonderful on these hot summer days. Great burgers and chicken. A slice of service excellence with a topping of great food. Congrats to the family, staff, and of course management where it begins and ends.

JACK'S FRIES HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY FAVORITE BUT DEFINITELY NOT THIS TIME...THEY WAS NOT FRESH AT ALL & ONLY A FEW OF THE FRIES HAD SEASONING SALT ON THEM!! Zero stars today...Got two grilled chicken plates $19.10, chicken looks & feels like rubber, & tastes like it was microwaved. Barely two bites of green beans and slaw - was never asked what sides. Rude service at the window.
