Coming from vacation we stopped here and it was absolutely ridiculous. The service was awful and the food wasn’t that great. The manager( short Caucasian lady) in there is something else. She’s rude and unprofessional smelling like weed and cigarettes.

The lady at drive through was great. I order double biscuit and gravy. Got food checked it there was something on it that should have been gave it back and drive through. She told them to remake it. Well instead of them remake it the took off what should have not been there and throwed food in new box. It’s very sad.

They absolutely CAN NOT get an order correct!! They are famous for waiting for you to pay for your order then waiting until you've stood around to inform you they are out of what you order. Some wont give your receipt (probably keeping the points for themselves) and when they do, you can't scan it for your points due to bad ink. ALL the time! Employees hollering and cussing very loud like they're in the club with patrons with young children and elderly inside eating. Chicken is half the time so dried out and withered that you cant eat it and IF they remember your biscuit then its usually rock hard. AND EMPLOYEES ARE ADDING TO THE RECIPES TO FIT THEIR TASTES. Admitted by an employee... especially much more sugar added to sweet tea because he liked his super sweet. Completely undrinkable!
Tell us why EVERY time we're asked to pull forward to wait on simple orders (up to 20+ minutes) even when there are no cars in line at all? Management is right there with all of this.
This place needs real management and competent employees that don't have nasty attitudes especially at the drive thru! SOMEBODY FIX THIS MESS OF A PLACE!!!

This was a pleasant surprise. I wasable to get a fried chicken meal, and others got to enjoy burgers. Everything was delicious. The young lady who took our order was very pleasant. I wish we had one near us!
Awesome place to eat! Had a good ole time seeing my family on our road trip! 10/10 recommend visiting here to eat! Delicious iced coffee!

Ordered a 10 piece family meal. Took nearly 30 minutes. Why? I stood back from the front counter while waiting on my food. And heard them say, while boxing up others food, that they would just go ahead and do theirs because it was easier because they just had two pieces and three pieces. Customers that came in after me. Ordered after me. Paid after me. One of the first guests to come in after me, got their food, sat down, ate, and were gone, while I was still standing and waiting. Mine was less convenient, so they just didn't care to deal with it. Heard them say it out loud. Awful customer service. When this place opened, it was a circus. They slowly got better over time. Now we are getting back to how it was in the beginning. A shame, because I like the food. But it's almost not worth the hassle at this point
