Overpriced food, I was traveling through and heard they had great burgers, I'm highly disappointed. Paid over 8 dollars for a burger combo and in my opinion, it was a child size combo. So small. Fry bag half full.

Steadily getting a little better since opening, but still just slow in general. To be fair, that's the case with almost all of the fast food in Fulton. I just have to plan on the "pull forward and we'll bring it out to you" and just hope they don't forget me. Don't attempt to get any chicken after 8pm.

The workers were very rude. They got my order wrong, then i went to let them know in a calm way, and they try to gaslight me into thinking i didnt order what i said i ordered, when my family heard me. Then, the lady got her manager out and she said “Did you hear them say that” the manager said “no i didnt “ when i know what i said and my family heard me too.

This is the first time my wife and I have ever eaten at a Jacks (since they only exist in the south). I had the Big Bacon Cheeseburger. It was ok, kind of reminded me of the fast food burgers one would get at a Braums Restaurant. Fries were generic pre-frozen crinkle cuts. I also got the Espresso Chocolate Chunk Milkshake, it was pretty good. My wife got the double cheeseburger w/ketchup only, she liked it quite a bit, and she also got the Espresso Chocolate Chunk Milkshake, which she really liked. The service was fantastic, the counter girl was really nice and welcoming. The restaurant was VERY clean. Overall, I'd say the food was good enough to try it again another time while traveling through the south, next time I would like to try their fried chicken.

The $6 meal deal is great food at a great price. I had the chicken fingers, Mac and cheese, green beans, with a flaky biscuit. Usually I get the bone in chicken with slaw and mashed potatoes with gravy. It is all really good. Only thing is I have to wait until after 4 PM to order it. Also, the place is clean, nice furnishings, and a TV.Parking: This question is a bit too much. Didn’t count the spaces.

This is part of my road trip series traveling through Mississippi and Alabama on the way to Memphis. We went through the entire state of Alabama so when we got here we were hungry. We stopped here. Never even heard of the place but we in an adventure. We walked in and was greeted like they were happy to see us. I think there was a couple of people there. The place looks almost new and modern. The dining room has a nice flair to it.I ordered chicken because I didn't want a burger. Don't even know if they had any burgers honestly.I got a two piece dinner. Breast and Wing with Cole slaw and mashed potatoes and gravy. Their side choices were limited. Sometimes you don't want fries. It also came with a biscuit and a drink. The chicken was cooked nice. Crunchy on the outside and juicy in the inside. Biscuit was good with some jam. Mashed potatoes was standard but the coleslaw was horrible and I rarely say that about food. It had no love in it at all. In fact it had no mayonnaise either. Seems like it was just vinegar and no seasonings. Bland and very hard and chewy not crunchy. Either use some Mayo, sugar, vinegar and other stuff or stop selling it. Some people genuinely like Cole slaw.Other than that this place is a go. Also they have old fashioned hand dipped ice cream. Now where do you find that in a fast food restaurant? No where.
