Ordered on the KFC app at 4:15- the app had me pay and said food order would be ready at 4:35. I Got here at 4:35 and they said it doesn’t work like that I have to wait 20 more minutes they didn’t have any breasts. So much for FAST food. I was stuck waiting since I already paid. I think the store needs to work on their mobile order process.

Needed to read a menu online as I have 2 disabled people unable to leave the house. I tried to pull up the menu for our local KFC and it was a joke. So few items listed. I know for a fact that they have more items. So now we are left doing this trip to KFC the hard way thanks! KFC is lucky that we are even going there tonight if we're up to me we would not! Get it together KFC PLEASE!!!

I visited this location in the middle of a roadtrip on August 8, around 1-2pm with my four kids. The two ladies on shift were super professional, sweet, and accommodating. Our orders were fresh and exactly right. The restroom was clean. I would be happy to make my stop here again in the future.
This was probably some of the freshest hot fried chicken I've ever received from a KFC. We had to wait a little bit for our order and they were backed up with orders the best thing is when your chicken finally comes and you're really hungry like my husband and I were. We were driving from Atlanta to Arkansas and happen to stop and have lunch here. It was a great experience, the food was hot fresh the employees were friendly the restaurant was clean and the experience was fantastic. Thanks KFC you guys rocked that chicken!

Here’s what I’m gonna say! Miss Pam she was an angel she handled everything professionally corporate messed up the order so it was 30 min late and didn’t alert any of the staff!! But miss Pam was incredibly kind and helpful and just made us feel so welcome! They need to promote her!if she isn’t manager already! She needs to be she needs a pay raise an a award Dennis was ok I guess he didn’t speak and didn’t look that sterlized..but Pam five stars!

This location of KFC is very inconsistent - both in terms of food quality, service levels and even more basically - being open for dine-in. Very frustrating to drive into town only to find they've locked the doors and are doing drive-through only. Not even a note on the door - they just lock it and ignore you when you go to open the door. I tried the other day but found the lobby closed. As I was getting into my truck, another family pulled up and asked me if the lobby was open. When I replied no, the door was locked, they sighed and said this location in their words "just sucked". Not sure how you can survive in a small town and continue to irritate your customers.Having said that about the Fulton location, I continue to sing the praises of the location in Amory Mississippi - probably the best KFC I've been to in a decade. When I need to get my KFC on, that's where I go now.
