Went inside to order carryout about 5:45 PM. Service was very slow. One order was for two piece original dark meat meal. They had no legs had to substitute crispy, not my favorite, The other order was a famous bowl. Was not real happy with the famous bowl, When famous bowl started out it was topped with white meat popcorn pieces. Now it seems like it is topped with whatever is left over. My wife said the Colonel would be disappointed with today's KFC quality.

first time visit at this location. went through the drive through. ordered drinks and fries. they didn't have honey mustard sauce which I found out after it was ordered. on the receipt was macaroni and cheese instead of fries. the staff was friendly. ketchup comes in a plastic container, not packets. driving on I22 with a small ketchup container can be a little tricky to dip fries in, so plan ahead. I had to go inside to get the other sauce after going through the drive thru.

Something was off with their corn, it tasted sour and they offered no condiments for food. When asked for butter and honey for the biscuits at least was told they don't have any.

Kudos to the staff or the two guys running things when we arrived. We arrived and one guy was taking orders at drive thru and front while also making the orders. The other guy was in the back cooking. They were getting orders out in a very fast pace considering they were short staff. Ive seen things that longer elsewhere when they've been fully staffed. We were acknowledged by the guy taking the orders at the drive through. While we had to wait a bit for odur to be taken I didn't mind. We were never made to feel like a bother and he kept and maintained a wonderful attitude while he continued to work. I wished we'd gotten his name but this guy deserves recognition and something extra. The food was hot and tasty also. We were there between 11:30am-12:15pm. I also heard him singing which resignated with me as I to will busy out in random melodies. Keep up the good work.

Ordered on the KFC app at 4:15- the app had me pay and said food order would be ready at 4:35. I Got here at 4:35 and they said it doesn’t work like that I have to wait 20 more minutes they didn’t have any breasts. So much for FAST food. I was stuck waiting since I already paid. I think the store needs to work on their mobile order process.
