Black dude with dreads and a beard. And a black female with glasses. Always seem to be on the same shift. I get it’s slow in the Fulton area and the business is struggling for competition, but good lord. Always on their phones in the dining area like they’re on the clock at home with their legs kicked up. I couldn’t get an answer at the drive thru so I busted their party up inside and asked if they wanted to take my order or me make my own stuff. Dude with dreads got up, the female? She didn’t move from that phone or seat. Sorry employees, just stay home.

Always great service, I had my first small issue with this store( simple order mix up) and Barry Douglas went way out of his way to take care of us. I drive 15 miles to come to this location because of the great attitude every employee has.

The food is delicious here. ALWAYS HOT AND FRESH! The people that work here are always polite willing to help you anyway possible. My husband an I drive from Tupelo where there is 2 KFC's to Fulton because of the outstanding service every time we come here. Doesn't it look spectacular, in the picture? It is!! Hot an yummy.

Went in around 7 pm and no one came to take our order we waited for 10 minutes and left, one of the employees was playing on her phone and one was running around in the back,we will never step foot in this KFC again the service is horrible,and chicken is greasy, the workers in this KFC are needs to be replaced they act like they don't want to wait on custmers or work at all anyone , employees like that are ruining this kfc

Clean. Good service. Food seems to be a little bland.
Went inside to order carryout about 5:45 PM. Service was very slow. One order was for two piece original dark meat meal. They had no legs had to substitute crispy, not my favorite, The other order was a famous bowl. Was not real happy with the famous bowl, When famous bowl started out it was topped with white meat popcorn pieces. Now it seems like it is topped with whatever is left over. My wife said the Colonel would be disappointed with today's KFC quality.

first time visit at this location. went through the drive through. ordered drinks and fries. they didn't have honey mustard sauce which I found out after it was ordered. on the receipt was macaroni and cheese instead of fries. the staff was friendly. ketchup comes in a plastic container, not packets. driving on I22 with a small ketchup container can be a little tricky to dip fries in, so plan ahead. I had to go inside to get the other sauce after going through the drive thru.

Something was off with their corn, it tasted sour and they offered no condiments for food. When asked for butter and honey for the biscuits at least was told they don't have any.
