Went to Fulton McDonald's ordered a Happy meal and a hamburger both was cold ask them to remake it I pulled over to the side the guy that took my money comes out carrying two hamburgers and his nasty hands no that don't work for me I made them give me my money back but Julia one of the managers was super nice so let her wait on you next time

We placed a mobile order, drove 10 minutes and waited 20 more minutes... all while the drive thru continued to move and people that approached the counter received their order. Another couple that was waiting for their mobile order when we arrived, was still waiting after we finally got our order. Please don't punish mobile order customers.
Nothing pisses me off more!! Order a frappe on the mobile app.. Wait in that long ass line just to have the manager say… “ I’m sorry our machines down for Cleaning..” like who cleans their machine during the busiest part of the day! We all have been hearing that lie for so long. I would have more respect for someone that says NO! We are entirely too busy to be making your ice cream coffee sir!!🤦♂️🤦♂️

Look, I’ve been in Fulton for just about 10 years now and by far I have never experienced such a terrible night crew. I feel I have a right to say that to, considering I worked there forever ago. It feels like they don’t pull orders up to move the backed up line. The coffees aren’t always made right. There’s maybe 2 guys in there that care about working there. If I could be a manager up there things would be moving in night shift. Jus sayin..
