I can't understand why fast food places like this will hire people who just don't listen. Every order we've had over the last 2 months has been wrong in one way or another. It's not just McDonald's. It's every fast food place in Fulton. ADHD runs rampant here, even in the adults.

TERRIBLESERVICE! I ASK A COFFEE AT DRIVE THRU, I WAS WAITING 10 MINUTES AND THEY NEVER BRING MY COFFEE, I HAD TO GO INSIDE AND EVERY BODY WERE JUST CHATTING EACH OTHER.

Do McDonald's even have managers anymore? If so, they need a better one at Fulton. 3 employees at separate times walked past me standing at the register for 10 minutes waiting on ketchup before anyone asked if I needed anything. I can tell you that this set up they have now does not benefit customers, employees just hide behind the wall to get paid with as little customer interaction as possible. Not to mention the language, and I don't say that usually, but they could put sailors to shame.

I went to get some hot chocolate and they tried to say the machine was down. My friend had just been there an hour before and I explained that and she proceeded to hang up on me. Absolutely horrible service. Do your job and stop being lazy.

Let me tell yall I don't even like McDonald's but if I'm going to get my bbys happy meals from now on I will b coming to futon all the workers there but especially the shift that was there at 5 ish tonight made me realize they don't get enough recognition and respect ofc we are always in a hurry bc its fast food but they are so under payed yall and Stevie the manager needs a whole raise he help me finish paying for my kids meals bc my card was messing up

This was the worst and shows poor work ethics. Customers pay alot know a days and we deserve what we payed for. I ordered 3 McChickens and instead of informing us you ran out of chicken you let us drive up which I check the order .And was also missing a med fry someone better clean the frier before you get people sick. They was so bad I had to spit them back out. We drove around to go in and get the McChicken in which we was informed the reason we didn't get the 3rd one was they ran out and didn't offer a replacement or my money back. I ended up ask for a cheese burger since I payed for it. Smh I got a bun with a patty and cheese. Last time I check cheese burgers had more than that. Worker need trained better on wrapping you sandwhiches are all out we people get there orders the ch.burger was picked up by the paper and shoved in a bag. This is going on everywhere. Don't serve it if you wouldn't eat it. I'm about done eating out. At least I know I'm not gonna get sick for unsanitary workstations. People check your food before con suming these kids just don't care . This was yourt second shift and they was already closing early . And those fries where somethingll else I hope I don't get sick oil was so bad . If clearly need changed and cleaned!!!!! Cleañ it up please.not just for me but kids eat here and others.

I come here quite a bit and when I do at night sometimes waiting upwards of 30 min in the drive through only to discover when I get home half my order is missing. This happened again tnite after last week happening then when calling to get the rest of my order first time the manager was rude about the missing food then tnite when I had to call because not only was half missing the food I got was old and hard. When I proceeded to tell her she hung up me. Therefore my order was never corrected because I did not want to drive back up ther let alone deal with the rude manager again she’s Terrible. Maybe if u want to deal with upset customers make sure their food is all there and not 4 hours old

Every single time I go there without fail they get something wrong. This time they managed to add an additional sweet tea instead of the just the one that came with the meal and they never give the sauce that they LITERALLY ASK YOU WHAT KIND. Just another McDonald’s ran by high schoolers.
