I really hate to give this luke--warm review but I'm hoping someone at the restaurant will notice and make some changes. Since maybe 2015 or a little later, I've stopped in Fulton 4 or 5 nights a year and I've always eaten dinner at Mi Toro. This trip, I visited their new location for the first time. The facility is very nice but things were not quite up to par. Some items I ordered were not delivered the first time and I had to ask again. Even though the restaurant was less busy than I've ever seen it, the service was slower than I ever remember. I had trouble getting my waiter's attention. The food was okay but had cooled too much before I received it. The top shelf margarita was obviously the same recipe as in the past but it was definitely lighter in color and seemed watered down. Some waiters seem to relax too much when nothing's going on so maybe that was a factor in the service. But the top-shelf margarita, which I've long thought was maybe the best I've had, was disappointing and I can't blame that on the slow service. Mi Toro, pease, take notice! I don't want to give up on your restaurant but if this is the new normal, I will have to look elsewhere. And I'll be sad about that.
