Order from here about once a week. The food is always fresh, hot, good, and made as ordered. Friendly staff, clean store, and always greeted and spoken to in a friendly manner.

Good luck reasoning with the current management. The former GM ran a tight ship and went out of his way to make things right by his customers. Sad to see the decline that has taken place here in service and attitude of staff since the management change. I doubt I'll return here anytime soon. It's sad that this is my local Pizza Hut and the other pizza options locally are not any better.

Called in and was asked to hold, I waited on the phone for 10 minutes and heard the staff talking carrying on, I observed the front door while on hold and only saw a few people come and go. After the 10 minutes had passed I decided to order online. Put my order in and got my email confirmed and not one person spoke to me on the phone again. Guess it's covid or something that destroyed customer service here. Only thing they seem to rush for is a tip.

Absolutely awful experience. I put in a mobile carryout order that was expected to be ready at 4:01 pm. They had not started the pizzas when we arrived at 4:00 pm and claimed that it was a future order for a later time (seemed like they just weren’t paying attention to mobile orders coming through). After making the food, they refused to give us the order claiming that it wasn’t paid for, despite being shown the credit card charge. Laura, the manager, was incredibly rude and had zero problem solving skills to reach a resolution. We ending up leaving and having to do a charge back on the card.
Save yourself the headache and order from Piezons, Cheeseheads, or Little Caesars.

The lady working the counter was very pleasant despite being very busy!
I tried to call in an order for my family and friends for game night and we had a lady name Rebeca who was really rude and said she couldn’t make our pizza cause we sounded like some immature teenagers and needed to find some place else to play at & that they were about to close.. I politely told her that I was a 25 year old woman and asked to speak to her manager. She then told me she was the manager to suck her dick And hung up. I don’t know what kind training Pizza Hut gives their managers but this one needs a lesson in customer service. I won’t b back if that’s what pizza huts teaching their people they need to do better

if I could rate this a zero i would. when picking up my horrible pizza the other night I was rudely greeted by a short what I assumed was a woman however the beard stubble she had made me unsure I believe her name tag said Becca. as she barked orders like a staff Sargent to the rest of the crew talking to them as if she was superior to them all however I have eaten her food at huddle house as well and had I known she was cooking here as well I would have ordered from somewhere else. she was rude and dismissive to all the customers who came in when I was waiting and my pizza must've sat at least 30 min before it was even moved to warmer. the worst thing pizza ever did for this establishment and its crew was put her charge of anything I will not b back

I've never had a wrong order at the Fulton location . I've never had bad pizzas at the Fulton location. Only good things. Now, the parking lot is dumb, but that is not their fault. THANK You to everyone at Pizzas Hut in

Not sure about the difficulty of making a pizza to order, but apparently at the Fulton Ms store it is. This was a discounted pizza from the last one they didn't get right. Supposed to have been a pan crust 3 topping pizza with extra pepperoni, cheese, and bacon. Paid the extra $ for pan crust to get hand tossed. No extra anything and the bacon was only on 3 or 4 pieces. At least they cut it into squares this time.
