I go to sonic and get the strawberry cheesecake shake. It had been a while, (even tho the last time I had gotten one it wasnt good).but I was craving something cold. I order a MEDIUM. It wad $6. I gave her a $1 tip. Sat there a min and then get it out of cup holder, , the top wasnt on good. And it went all over my car. I kindly asked for a a replacement , whereas Im a repeat customer and I just spent $7 on a shake i didnt even get to taste. But Nooo! I had to go to the dg next door and buy $20 worrh of cleaning suppies to get out of seat track. Ill never be back! EVERYONE GO GET A FROSTY. BETTER, CHEAPER AND BETTER SERVICE!

I was having a hard time trying to get my Sonic app to work properly and the manager came out to my car and help me get it going properly. She went up and beyond to help me. Great Job!!!

We ordered 5 milkshakes. We had a text and an email telling us they were half price on Tuesdays 5-8. We were there at six. They refused to honor it. We ordered them anyway. We waited over 10 minutes and watched 5 other cars get their food.. we've finally went 2, the window to find out where they were. We saw them sitting on the counter. They brought them right out after we asked for them. The milkshakes were half melted. When we asked for them to be redone, they said it was their new machine, and that's the way it was. This sonic in Fulton, has gone downhill and truly needs new management. We will not be back.

Standard Sonic fare, but they didn't have any coffee made at 0630 on a weekday.
Place is run-down. Paid a $13.50 order with a 50 dollar bill, all I had on me. got shortchanged by $20. Stupid me trusted the kid when he gave me my change and I didn't count it. I don't care if it was intentional or not, this place is a rip-off. If you pay with cash, make sure they don't rip you off too or better yet, skip this place entirely.

The absolute slowest service I’ve ever experienced, don’t waste your time or money on the Fulton Ms location. I’ve watched car after car leave without service. Finally after 17 minutes they have taken my order 🤦🏻♂️. Definitely not FAST food.

Sit for 25 minutes waiting on them to answer the button. 5 minutes after mashing it she said please hold and 20 minutes later never came back. Had to leave. This isn’t the first time and only six cars there counting all the employees cars parked in bays. Terrible

I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt for many years, but I don’t come to this place much anymore.
It takes 15-20 minutes for them to even answer the speaker to take my order. I just drove off today because I don’t have time to wait that long for them to just take my order. The mobile app is also off, and multiple screens there are turned off.
It’s been this way for several years, and I think it is just best for them to shut down because they’re losing loyal customers. The one in Tupelo is so much better and faster. Sorry Fulton Sonic, but you’re not as good as you used to be.
I've been going to Sonic since 1976. Unfortunately this looks like it was built before that. Unkept, not very well managed, the poor woman delivering to our car was definitely overworked. Food was cold, the drinks were warm, the milkshake was more milk than a cold. But since we were traveling we didn't have time to complain and wait longer. The monitors for ordering did not work, the speaker worked. Just not the expectations we have come to have from Sonic.
