I ordered ahead on the app and when I got there, no stall was open since most were chained off or had chairs blocking it (like it has been for over a year or more) I drove around once and then stopped at the entrance to wait for one to open. Multiple people pulled in behind me and passed me and kept taking a spot that would become available before I could. I would’ve just drove off but I already paid. So I call the store and tell them there’s no where to park and about my mobile order, so they tell me to park near stall 25. I go park over there and wait. When the carhop, named Emily, brings the food and says word for word, “I just want you know to know the chairs are there for a reason and you have to wait your turn like everyone else.” I already knew there was a reason, but it was incredibly rude. So I reply with, “I know. I was waiting but people kept passing me and taking the spots.” Her response was, “You got to fight for one.” So I told her I wouldn’t be back because she was completely rude about the situation. And I already ordered which meant my food was already made, so why should I have to “wait my turn” when I ordered before these people passing me?I’m sure the chairs are there because they’re understaffed, but it’s hazardous making people drive around and around where there is a playground right there. An accident just waiting to happen.

Most of the stalls are not open. Chairs are blocking from pulling in. If you don’t pull in you really can’t even tell if the entire place is closed. I hope that corporate Sonic will change their model and support their staff better. I believe if they fully opened there would be full customer capacity. The entire aesthetic seems worn down. I fear that Sonic won’t make it much longer without changing their ways…Parking: Open all the stalls if business is wanted. The chairs are despicable and off putting thrown out in the way.

I had ordered a Reese sonic blast with chocolate ice cream. I was told y'all don't have chocolate ice cream but she would be happy to put in chocolate syrup, I told her that would work for me. I did not realize I would have to tell her to mix it up to make the vanilla ice cream into chocolate ice cream when she added the chocolate syrup. This is common sense which she clearly lacked because the chocolate syrup was not mixed in. This will be the last time I go to sonic because every time I go there something ALWAYS happens that could have, should have been avoided by simply applying common sense or just paying attention to the job at hand.Those reviewing the comments will give the same line as always with no effort in changing any of the problems that have been posted here. If this is how your company fixes issues/problems than it's a much bigger problem than y'all realize and it should start at the top and work it's way down.

Was well taken care of by the dulcet toned Dakota who is so charming and cool. Love to hear her mellifluous voice. This girl is such an asset to Sonic. Better give her a big raise pronto or some trashy greasy spoon like Mickey D's will steal her away. You better listen...Vegetarian options: Need to add more vegetarian options.

I would rate it higher but it is usually closed and if it is open there are chairs blocking most of the entrances to order. It is a shame. There are few places to get a good shake.

Don’t waste your time here, they only have 6 stalls open at a time. The rest of the stalls have chairs/chains blocking them. If they can only handle 6 orders at a time they might as well close down.

Very professional staff - showed hospitality while taking my order and handing me my order. The car hop was really nice and explained all of my order and what was in my bag. He asked if I need anything else. The food was hot and tasted wonderful. We even got a peppermint (which I haven’t gotten at a sonic since I was a kid). Highly recommend this sonic.
