We order our sandwiches through the app. If you order your sandwich make sure to see it they can make the bread fresh. The bread we got for our sandwiches were tough, and my bread tastes gross like it was stale it just didn't taste right on the top and bottom bread we've always get our sandwiches at the Fulton Mississippi Subway and never had a problem before this is our first complaint since we've been going through a lot of time when I have doctor's appointments the customer service is always pleasant and inside their store is always clean it's just a sandwiches this time is not very good the bread wasn't it really did tasted nasty stale bread. I just want to make your managers aware of it maybe not save the bread if you don't have to cuz really it doesn't taste good money for my sandwiches I will like fresh bread

We ate here for dinner on December 15, 2025. There were 2 workers when we were here, Liz and Josh T. They were beyond patient with some very difficult customers. This all happened within 20 minutes- 1st there was a middle aged couple taking FOREVER to order a joint sandwich, they came back in to complain the TOASTED BREAD was too hard, complained it was made wrong even though they watched her make it, made Liz remake it, and tried to leave with both sandwiches. Then they had like 8 people come in at once, one of them tried to go behind the counter to get her own chips as Liz and Josh were telling her not too. (They both had their hands in sandwiches) They aren’t exactly kids, but these 2 kept their composure incredibly well to be as young as they are. When the difficult customers left, I apologized on their behalf’s. Their responses- “oh it’s not problem, everyone has those days!” I believe they at LEAST need a good handshake.

The night shift at this location doesn't pay attention to the special instructions on mobile orders. Past few orders I put in at night especially after never have meatballs why pull them at 10 when you have 2-3 hrs left before close.

If you order online, check your sandwiches before you leave! I ordered 3 sandwiches online and picked up in store. All 3 were missing meat, were thrown together with condiments I didn't order and were put on the wrong bread. Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened.

The lady didn’t hardly say a word to use didn’t say how are you nothing no emotion we was telling her the items we want and she was just putting very minimal items on it my ole lady kept having to say add more they need to step up or something I know people have bad days atleast say something to use instead of just staring us down
