The lady didn’t hardly say a word to use didn’t say how are you nothing no emotion we was telling her the items we want and she was just putting very minimal items on it my ole lady kept having to say add more they need to step up or something I know people have bad days atleast say something to use instead of just staring us down

The bread was so bad that we weren't able to chew it.The maker failed to put cheese on the sandwiches and did not warm them in the oven.WORST SUB EVER!

This location in Fulton always turns off their online ordering, especially if there is a promo running. Tried to order online to get the BOGO deal. But can't because this location turns off their mobile ordering. They also won't honor this promotion in the store.

I went in today was not greeted and had to wait for employees to finish their conversation before someone came to make my sandwich. I told her I wanted the foot long flat bread roast beef with extra extra meat, willing to pay for whatever the upcharge would be. I wanted provolone cheese, they were out so I got the fresh mozzarella there's an upcharge for that so ok. Now mind you they are also making some online orders as well. Side note here I don't like the new thing they have covering the meat and cheese, you can't see the meat and cheese or what the employee is doing. So the next girl has my sandwich which I noticed is toasted. I ask her is that my sandwich she says yes. I tell her I did NOT want my toasted. The first girl tells me that all the flat breads come toasted ALL the time. I told her I have NEVER had mine toasted and have ALWAYS been ASKED if I wanted it toasted. Then I look closer at the sandwich and there's barely any meat on the sandwich. I started to ask about that but at this point I am so frustrated I tell them to forget it and I walk out. Neither young lady apologized or tried to salvage the loss of a customer. They just stood there with there mouths open.The employees in this store are very unprofessional, they are more concerned with caring on their private conversations when a customer walks in, they make you feel as though you are bothering them or intruding.The food prep at this location is a joke I have seen over ripened tomatoes being served. I actually got rolling eyes and a huff from an employee when I asked her to get me fresh tomatoes because those she had were to ripe to be serving. I walked out that time as well.This location needs a serious overhaul. Y'all are going to make someone very very sick one day if you haven't already.Now this review really should be responded to. Someone from the store should reach out to me. But given how unprofessional theyseem to be I highly doubt anyone will.
Our lunch favorite stop on our travels to Alabama or Tennessee. The staff is very pleasant, attentive and build good subs!

I swear this is gotta be one of worst subways ever you order on app they never read notes and whoever did my sandwich tonight done chicken bacon ranch with mustard yucky combination they can eat that mess and see what it tastes like
