Absolutely horrible service. Nobody at the counter, had to order on a stupid kiosk Two people were waiting for their orders when we came in and didn't get it until we were almost finished eating ours. No apologies or anything. Hope they leave a negative review as well. Never coming here again!

Customer service does not exist at this Taco Bell location. I stood waiting to get my order taken for 10 minutes. They were only concerned about the drive-through. I finally said can someone take my order they turned to me and look at me like I was stupid so I did the best thing ever and went next-door to a real Mexican restaurant. I’m glad I did was worth it.

Order has been wrong last 3 times I have been there the employees are beyond rude and if you to try to go inside they will not ring you up at the register they only want you to use the kiosk and they make you pull to the door to get your food instead of getting it at the window no matter if your the only car in line

They left the meat off my food. I ordered boxes and had different stuff in each. They threw all 5 boxes worth of food in one bag. I had to dig through the burritos and see which was which. I hate digging into other people's food. I live 20 minutes away, so I can't just run back to have them fix my food.

No one came to the register after 7 minutes of waiting. We had to place our order via a digital screen which we had never used before and had no instructions. Ordered our food and then got called to get our order. We received our food in "to go order" packaging. After half way thru our meal a young man started taking other people's orders at the register. The ordering screen asked for a phone number for the receipt to be sent to. 4 hours later I still haven't received the receipt.

I come here all the time and they rarely get your order correct. There have been multiple times I haven’t gotten everything I ordered and had to drive back to get it. They have never offered anything to make it right other than an insincere “sorry”. They always tell you to pull to the front door to wait for your food even when nobody is in line. The times I have eaten inside, you have to wait ages to have anyone take your order. The manager’s kids came in once while I was eating there and they were running around being loud and acting crazy. I’d recommend just taking the drive to Tupelo to satisfy your Taco Bell craving. Don’t waste your time here.
