I come here all the time and they rarely get your order correct. There have been multiple times I haven’t gotten everything I ordered and had to drive back to get it. They have never offered anything to make it right other than an insincere “sorry”. They always tell you to pull to the front door to wait for your food even when nobody is in line. The times I have eaten inside, you have to wait ages to have anyone take your order. The manager’s kids came in once while I was eating there and they were running around being loud and acting crazy. I’d recommend just taking the drive to Tupelo to satisfy your Taco Bell craving. Don’t waste your time here.

Drive through is always terrible. I want 3 tacos and it involves me having to pull out front and wait 10 minutes for 3 tacos. I'll just part infront of the window to make the workers get off their butt and actually do work and not just lounge around half hazardly in the first place.The food isn't even that good. A chicken Chipotle wrap has like 2 pieces of chicken and just might as well just be a cheese tortilla.The workers always are just a hassle besides 1 person I've not seen in a while so now everyone just sounds like it's just a complete pain to just take my order.Finally. Tacos Bell food isn't good, the only good thing is the sauce. I'm sorry your buisness isn't profitable because you have lazy workers that cost you more money than it would be to just short customers to 1 sauce per item. Like I'm sorry my autistic kid likes 2 sauces per taco and that yall have to try and save money by limiting the sauce people get. It's the biggest spit in the face and the workers just get so annoyed that they have to key in certain packets because people have disabilities or certain traits that make them want 1 extra sauce packet. Next time I'll just go inside and empty out every container of sauce because this has been an issue for months that just keeps getting worse at this location.

Terrible. Our first time in Mississippi and at this Taco Bell. SIX cars. Waiting for their food. 15-20mins for each car to get their food. CLEANING LADY comes out with food WITH her gloves on. Absolutely nasty. Absolutely outrageous.

The lady making the food was polite but I had to order food on a kiosk, making changes are a pain since I haven’t been train to do a job Taco Bell should be paying someone to perform. -2 stars because it took very bit of 30 mins for me to figure things out and get my food, I was the only one there at the time. 5 employees walking around so it’s not the lack of employees that caused this issue!

The employees are very rude. Threw the food on the counter and just walked off. Will not be back! Also as soon as we walked in said if we was ready to order we had to use the kiosk and it was only us and one other customer and they also told us they was rude and wouldn’t be back!

Good food and service. The food is actually pretty well made. The tacos are actually full of ingredients, unlike a bunch of other taco bells. Drive through associate was polite and nice. According to the receipt her name was Kelly. For it being what it is 10/10. Highly satisfied. Just wish the taco bell near where I lived cared as much.
