We absolutely love this place. It's not upscale (which I like), but it's a cozy family restaurant. We had been there once before and loved it. We messaged the owner's daughter to let her know when we would be there and she reserved a table for us. She even remembered our grandchildren. Good food, great folks.

It was our first time to eat at The Merc tonight, and I just have to say, the entire experience was wonderful. Literally the BEST customer service I’ve ever. I’ve actually never had better customer service in my life. Our server, Trinity, was phenomenal. Not pushy, but very much knew how to get you to try a dessert as well. She was super sweet! Had people from the kitchen and manager come out and check on us. Welcomed our toddler with open arms. And that’s just the customer service! The food was great! Most things are homemade. Can’t get much better than that. The sauces are also homemade. The ranch was 10/10. Highly suggest the banana pudding. I could go on and on, but what I’m trying to say is, GO TRY THEM!! We will 100% be back!!

We ate here for the first time and they did not disappoint. They added some new dishes to the menu and we ate 2 of them and they were awesome. The smash burger was really good and flavorful and the catfish plate was some of the best I have had. This is a must place to eat at.

The employees are what I consider to be "Rare". They are absolute the nicest, happiest, and most on top of things. The food is top quality. Every menu item we ordered was so amazing and full of flavor. Not often do you find a place that pays special attention to every single item they offer. My husband and I were very impressed and will be back to eat very often.
