I love that I can order from the app or website and it is usually ready by the time I get there. I absolutely love the rewards program and I can easily track, earn, and redeem my points. My pizzas are hot and fresh and the kids love them. Pizza hut is always there for the days when I need to get something quick to feed my husband and teenage boys before or after a sports practice or game that may be running long and I appreciate them always being friendly and professional.

Well the order was not ready on time. No one called, I had to go, and no one came to the counter. I had to go through the drive thru, to wait an a few more minutes fir my order ti be finished. No thank you come again. The best thing is the order was correct.

Poor customer service, slow and rude. Manager can't be bothered and even complaints through corporate are not answered by store manager. Need to have their franchise revoked.
Everyone should at least try these awesome sandwiches Pizza Hut offers called the Supremo Sandwich!! Sandwich and fries for under 7 bucks!! And you even have options for what kind of fries you prefer!

I have ordered many pizzas and a variety of food from the Pizza Hut in Fulton Mississippi and was always satisfied and happy with everything. The shift manager Clay has always greeted us with a smile and a great attitude . He goes above and beyond making sure our order hot and correct. It is a great restaurant with excellent service!

Be wary of Fulton Pizza Hut. The manger Clay was serving us our food and my fiancée, who used to work there was insulted very harshly and in a racist way. She told me after that he was very racist. We was at the window conversating and he busts out with is that the same dude? I thought you was with a black guy the other day. Mind you she stays at home and helps take care of me while I work. And she says no we have been together for a year this is the same guy. He says oh! I thought you was with a black guy! She says no why would you say that? He says I thought that's what all the nasty white girls are doing these days. Then he proceeds with I'm just kidding I was trying to get you killed! That is the most sick thing I have ever heard. He is very racist and does not know how to speak to his customers in a mannerly way. We have both never been so offended. Please share to get the word out. I would never recommend buying from a place that the manger promotes something so vulgar.

Not friendly at all!! Waited almost five minutes to be seated not one employee spoke to us, they would look at us and go about whatever they were doing. Manager on duty seen us walked right by us never spoke or anything. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service!!

Not this Pizza Hut.. Waitress Lazy and buffet was mostly empty entire time we were there. People kept waiting on it to be refilled. only thing it had an over abundant amount was the runny spaghetti.
