Got off at ingalls for 1030. Made it to intercom at 1052. Sat there for 6-7 mins no answer but 2 Cars in front so I pull behind them get to windows and asked if intercon was broken she said no we closed at 11 said I've been sitting trying to order for nearly 10 mins looks and me and shrugs shoulders. Sorry were closed . What a joke I'll never spend a dime here again .

When using the drive thru, I am tired of being asked to drive around to the other side of the store or to pull up when no one is behind me. I'm not sure why they are doing this, but it makes no sense.

Food is always on point. I have never had a bad experience with Burger King. My only opinion is that the drive-through is a little slow time to time regardless of whether it is busy or not.

Terrible service. sat in the drive through for well over 5 minutes waiting for someone to speak through the intercom mean while some white kid in the uniform making exchanges with his plug i drive off and I see someone at the window i guess not paying attention. Place wasn't busy or anything.

I swear these employees are high when coming to work. These employees are consistently RUDE. These employees play entirely to much with management who allows such behavior. Why are you consistently asked to pull forward from the the drive thru and then you gotta fight to get your correct order and hope they haven't given it to the wrong car. Make this make sense! This place needs a total overhaul with a good cleaning and trained managers who know how to manage lazy employees. Save your money and eat someplace else!

Say no mayo and then they put extra. Try to get it corrected and they tell you to pull around and wait 20 min when no on is here and then the drink is unsweetened when asked for sweet! Idk why I keep coming here

Update got food and was still wrong. Would have went back thru but I figured they would have gotten it right the second time and drove home. Whack won’t be back.

I order a double whopper meal no onions then a single whopper meal with mayonnaise, tomato and onion only. When I got homewith out order, it was all wrong. The only thing correct was our fries and drinks. The burgers was so messy, they look like the kitchen staff just slapped them together and they for sure did not read the ticket for the changes. We won't be ordering again from here.

Rudest manager I have EVER dealt with. My delivery was wrong, food was made wrong and was missing an item. When I called she blamed it on the delivery driver. I will NEVER EVER get food from this BK again and this manager should be FIRED!
