They were closing at 2 o'clock pm and we came at 145 our meal was not ready until 155 but we were not even allowed to use the seating area. We were told to take our food to go. When we asked for chicken they were out. When we tried to order a second milkshake we were told they were about to close and they made it sound like it was improper to expect to have enough material to have milkshake. We were on our way from Florida to texas on 10 highway. We had to drive 2.5 miles out of our way to come here. But i still have to give them 5 star for food. Big star and even the fries were goooood.

Extremely unprofessional would not even allow somebody to get an order in, and every time I ask for something it was always immediately coming back to me with “anything else?” Please allow somebody to get their order in and then say that will be all. She would hand me my things and I would say “thank you” No, you’re welcome or anything. Very unprofessional really especially with myself working in human resources. Never offered condiments. My napkins were smashed together into a ball. The manager that asked me if I was just waiting on my drink was very nice but as somebody who is in management, you would think that you would tell somebody you know wait until somebody gets done ordering. Don’t immediately say is that all is that all. If you don’t wanna work on customer service or with customers of all different backgrounds, then don’t.

this place needs a new manager. that lady on there screaming at employees and guests ain't right. not to mention I watch her bump off my food and when I politely said something I got ignored. and when I got stern the THIRD TIME ASKING 30 minutes later I got told I didn't need to have an attitude. y'all need to own up to y'all's mistakes. this was awful. I'll drive to diberville hardees before I go here again

I went there this morning around 7 20 I ordered the 2 for 5 the biscuit was so hard I could have broke a window I decided I wanted a hash brown when I got two the drive thru to get my food I was told no you cannot get a hash brown you need to drive thru again.i will never go back period full 🛑
Prices are decent for breakfast, morning of 2/28/25 the lady at window was rude, didn't tell me price just pull around and didn't ask if I needed anything for my coffee and had additude

I am updating my review as I have given Hardee's time to correct the issues I was having with them. It appears management has at least taken the time to train folks about listening to a customer's order, as I have visited them twice in the past week or 2 and ordered whatI usually order, burgers with no cheese, and the first trip was perfect! Second visit, I'll give a 90%, only because one burger had a single patty and the other one had 3. But, it was still fine, the sweet tea and fries were still excellent, so I have pulled the negative review I had left in the past. Keep up the good work, and I'll keep spending my money eating at Hardee's in Gautier!

Food was delicious but how has the health department not shut this location down. Floors are gross and tables not wiped down, cobwebs on side of pop machines, employees vaping while sitting at the table. Bathrooms are not clean. Definitely using drivethru in the future.

We just went through the drive thru. Started to order and was cut off with a total at the second item. We continued to order and was told to pull up. Cashier was frowning at us when we got to the window. Clearly we were in the wrong for coming to the restaurant. We ask for jelly and was told they put some in there but here is some more. Had to ask for the receipt. When we went to fix out biscuit we did have to two strawberry jellies we ask for but only because they gave us more. The customer service is non existent in this location However the food was good. It’s a shame that you can have a good product but the service keeps customers away. That young lady does not need to be serving others.
