Let me start by saying the breakfast is always good and hot. However, we decided to try their lunch yesterday at noon. The food was cold and the cheese on the grilled cheeseburger wasn’t even a little melted. The fries tasted like they’ve been sitting there for hours. We spent $26 for food we couldn’t even finish. So definitely go for breakfast but skip the lunch.

HORRIBLE!!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS... Placed an order inside for a milkshake & a spicy chicken sandwich. After taking a seat, the gal that took my order brought out the milkshake only. So now I'm just waiting on my chicken sandwich. After seeing people that walked in behind me get their meals ahead of me (30 minutes later btw) I walked back to the counter & asked, where's my chicken sandwich?? I saw several deer in the headlights...then some dude asked the person near him, Is that the chicken sandwich you were talking about?? So then I had to produce my receipt.. after all their confusion came to an end, oh we'll get right on that...10 minutes later, I still didn't have my sandwich..so now, 40 minutes later..no food in hand that I paid to get. Oh it's coming..my question, how long does it take to cook a chicken sandwich?? Answer: 6 minutes..WHAT A JOKE!!! SO NOW I DEMANDED A REFUND & I GOT IT AND WALKED OUT NEVER EVER TO RETURN!!! IF YOU LIKE SLOOOOWWW FOOD SERVICE..GO HERE... YOU CAN WATCH THE TIME GO BY ...ME I LIKE FAST FOOD.. DIDN'T GET IT HERE

I bought me n my wife dinner 2 fristo burgers neither was toasted the way they advertised guaiter ms made pull forward and wait more time she was a sweet young lady at the window and at the delivery but im wandering why I had to wait not a racist issue just wondering

They were closing at 2 o'clock pm and we came at 145 our meal was not ready until 155 but we were not even allowed to use the seating area. We were told to take our food to go. When we asked for chicken they were out. When we tried to order a second milkshake we were told they were about to close and they made it sound like it was improper to expect to have enough material to have milkshake. We were on our way from Florida to texas on 10 highway. We had to drive 2.5 miles out of our way to come here. But i still have to give them 5 star for food. Big star and even the fries were goooood.

Everytime I go to Hardee's they always forget something. The food is good for the most part but somehow they always manage to forget something every single time. Do better
The drive through lady was very friendly and courteous. Food was good. I wish this location stayed open at night!

Extremely unprofessional would not even allow somebody to get an order in, and every time I ask for something it was always immediately coming back to me with “anything else?” Please allow somebody to get their order in and then say that will be all. She would hand me my things and I would say “thank you” No, you’re welcome or anything. Very unprofessional really especially with myself working in human resources. Never offered condiments. My napkins were smashed together into a ball. The manager that asked me if I was just waiting on my drink was very nice but as somebody who is in management, you would think that you would tell somebody you know wait until somebody gets done ordering. Don’t immediately say is that all is that all. If you don’t wanna work on customer service or with customers of all different backgrounds, then don’t.
Not to mention, I didn’t even get a receipt. Do better
this place needs a new manager. that lady on there screaming at employees and guests ain't right. not to mention I watch her bump off my food and when I politely said something I got ignored. and when I got stern the THIRD TIME ASKING 30 minutes later I got told I didn't need to have an attitude. y'all need to own up to y'all's mistakes. this was awful. I'll drive to diberville hardees before I go here again

I went there this morning around 7 20 I ordered the 2 for 5 the biscuit was so hard I could have broke a window I decided I wanted a hash brown when I got two the drive thru to get my food I was told no you cannot get a hash brown you need to drive thru again.i will never go back period full 🛑
