Out of French fries, I asked for the comeback sauce and was given ranch, only given one spork for 2 meals. The floors were slick and greasy, and I was not welcomed with a hello, someone said yeah

Corporate should consider shutting this location down asap. Management is completely ineffective. I had the last experience I will ever have here after waiting in the drive thru line for nearly 30 minutes with an empty lobby and 1 car in front of me only to have the 2 cars behind me get food before me. My order was a famous bowl and 3 tenders so not complicated in the slightest. After seeing the second person get their food before me I went into the empty lobby to get my refund and when I told the manager that this happens every time I come to this location his response was "And I know why..." implying that it was the other employees present. If the manager knows what the problem is and it has existed for as long as it has as is evident by the reviews here then that manager should be fired immediately. If I owned this location I would be embarrassed by how poorly it's managed.

So I posted a review a few weeks ago about the horrible experience we had at this location since then we have had two bad experiences. Today was the very last day we will spend money with this KFC. It took 20 minutes to order and receive a large Cole slaw. It’s a shame that they spent so much money remodeling this location and it is being so poorly ran. They were steady but had help I counted two cooks , one assembler, one drive thru and one cashier. Along with the manager. The service at this location is atrocious. They need to go back to the drawing board here. What a shame because I like KFC food.

This by far the chitest place I have eaten from. This is supposed to be original recipe chicken and it was terriblely burned. Get of your butts and do better
Older manager for the evening shift is rude and unprofessional, he refused to make a doordash order because they had no fries, the customer never ordered fries and he refused to look at the receipt or order number. Kept going outside to smoke a cigarette, talked down to all his employees, and refused to help customers.
Well, I walk over to get something at 9:10 p.m and go in open door after verifying they are open from 10 a.m. -10 p.m. and was told the lobby closed at 9 p.m. and refused my business. By 9:20 the whole crew was sitting outside if said open door smoking, vaping, on phones. Evidently the break was more more important than selling food. Will tell all I see to avoid this place of business because it reflects the management thoughts are not customer focused. Will take business elsewhere that honors its posted hours. I am sorry that I had to write this but false advertisement is just dishonest. I had to pick a star to continue with this complaint.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Sat there 10 minutes no one even acknowledged me. Like I was invisible and I was the only customer in the place. Your staff realy sucks.
