Tonight was a rough night but not on the workers that were there! There was not enough workers, the cashier lady was doing her best, giving great customer service. We're probably ten people waiting in lobby including myself, I hope y'all get some more help and thank you so much to the cashier lady , she was amazing!

I've been to several KFC's all over the country and this one is the absolute worst!! They are doing something to the food.. it's grey,mushy, absolute garbage. The chicken is DRY. The max and cheese is mushy, no flavor. And it's never hot! Even after making me wait 15 mins in the parking lot, making the order incorrectly and giving no sauces that were ordered. Avoid this KFC at all costs!!!

No white meat chicken, Dark Meat was sloppy and the workers are just nonchalant hanging out just chilling like it's the club, customer service training is need badly here.

Not a very good place. The chicken is horrible. The mashed potatoes are instant of course selling Pepsi products yuck. I really have nothing at all to praise about KFC. I remember as a kid, my father bringing home the bucket of Kentucky Fried chicken and we were excited.No excitement here.

There has not been a time that I have visited Restaurant #L775047 and received swift pleasant service and the correct order. It took about 20 minutes to get a bucket of 8 pc supposedly legs and thighs (Ticket #2593). However the bucket had about 4 breasts inside. I refrained from complaining about previous visits but today was ridiculous. I suggested since they had to cook the chicken, I would go next door and pump gas. When I returned I was asked “Do you want the chicken cooked fresh?” Why would an employee ask such a senseless question. Furthermore, why didn’t they drop the chicken in the meantime. This site is the only KFC near my home and I like the food. But I won’t return again because the service is awful! A male employee stood right outside the door smoking, went back inside and straight to the cooking area. I didn’t see him wash his hands. This location needs to be checked, seriously. I didn’t highlight one star for service because it was too lousy to warrant one star.

Saw I had an upset baby in the car and only gave me back .50 cents out of my six dollar change this kfc is awful and should be burned to the ground

Went there today an asked for two plain chicken sandwiches no mayo or pickel. An when I got back to work there was both condiments on the sandwiches so I called an said there team needs to pay closer attention to the orders cause of such reason
An I get told on the phone they were busy I could've gotten someone else's order. Which makes no sense when I was t h e only customer inside an no one I'm drive through.

Out of French fries, I asked for the comeback sauce and was given ranch, only given one spork for 2 meals. The floors were slick and greasy, and I was not welcomed with a hello, someone said yeah

Corporate should consider shutting this location down asap. Management is completely ineffective. I had the last experience I will ever have here after waiting in the drive thru line for nearly 30 minutes with an empty lobby and 1 car in front of me only to have the 2 cars behind me get food before me. My order was a famous bowl and 3 tenders so not complicated in the slightest. After seeing the second person get their food before me I went into the empty lobby to get my refund and when I told the manager that this happens every time I come to this location his response was "And I know why..." implying that it was the other employees present. If the manager knows what the problem is and it has existed for as long as it has as is evident by the reviews here then that manager should be fired immediately. If I owned this location I would be embarrassed by how poorly it's managed.
