Our 2nd time at the Gautier location, was disappointed!?The crawfish were Super Small and we ordered a steamed shrimp shell on plate (I had sand in my teeth every bite) and a shrimp poboy. My husband's poboy was brought 20 minutes before my order, so we both ate alone. If one takes longer than the other on the meals balance it out so the couple can eat together....COMMON SENSE!!! The reason I'm postng this is the staff in the back wanted to be sarcastic and argue. Don't think we'll be back!!! Rude employees that don't listen can hurt a good business.....??

Absolutely TRASHY employees!! Zero customer service skills whatsoever after waiting an hour our food coming out wrong the lady who yells at my wife saying she is the owner and the so called guy who said he is a manager even tried taking away tartar sauce and cocktail sauce that came with our sons meal!!! We use to go 2-3 times a week dropping at minimum 100 dollars and the food became so inconsistent we quit going for awhile first and last time we will EVER go back!!Dietary restrictions: Low sodium 3 times asked for light or no seasoning never listened once

The crawfish is perfectly seasoned, easy to peel, and a great size. Service is phenomenal. Restaurant is extremely clean. Check out the daiquiri bar also. Just a great place to grab dinner after work. I will definitely be going back.
Last week, I ordered 5 shrimp overload poboys. They were all well dressed and loaded with fresh, nicely cooked shrimp.It fed 10 of us 2 meals and everyone raved how delicious the food was. Complete waste of money. I took my friend out for her birthday. We got crab legs and shrimp. The food was mushy and tasteless. No flavor only garlic. My carb legs bent like rubber when I tried to crack them.

Can’t rate the food because I never received it. They lost my order and tried making excuses. They did refund my money but it was them lying. Just tell me you lost it. And the table was pure filthy. Never removed the previous diners platters or wiped the table.
