Little Caesars Pizza

I have previously chosen this store over the one in OS.

Tonight (April 4th) I placed an online order for a Pretzel Crust Pizza with Cheese Sauce.
And, 2 Italian cheese breads.

I got in the store BEFORE the tracker showed my food was even out of the oven.

They immediately brought me my order. The order WAS NOT HOT.

Got home. The Italian cheese breads are nasty. My Pretzel Pizza did not have the cheese sauce I ordered, it's smothered in tomato sauce. And no salt on the Pretzel crust.

Every time you come here they make you pull around to the front. It's almost 2 p.m I went through the drive thru for 2 pepperoni pizzas and they have to put them in the oven. What happened to "hot and ready" I understand a lot of people probably order them but when you see your selling out fast maybe you need to start making some more to replace those. However, employees are always to busy as they are on their phones.

I just left the store it was an awesome experience the employees was friendly everybody smiling and the food is fresh and hot if you haven't got you a pizza today go there now and get one

I have been waiting for 50 mins for my two pizzas and I went inside and they said they have just put it in the oven. When I said it’s been almost an hour I heard someone in the back say “well that’s just too bad”. Usually the pizza is great and I get it in the quoted time which this time was 15 mins… not an hour. Ridiculous, don’t waste your time.

The food was hot once they finally got it done. The order was placed online but when I arrived they had not even began cooking it.

The new manager that ya’ll have working there is super sweet. Her attitude is amazing and she also has a great era about her. She made sure our food was what we ordered and it was definitely hot and fresh. Please keep her there she really deserves a raise. Great customer service as well as great service

We stayed in line literally 35 minutes before calling the store to ask them to tell the ppl to move up so other customers could go thru. Once they pulled up we had to wait about 20 minutes then they asked us to pull up.... no just give me a refund. Then the guy says we don't do refunds. Surely you do call the owner. So finally we got the refund AFTER being in line so long ijduy there was such an issue with them.... this happens more than it should

The staff was very friendly. They were super busy but remained super friendly. My pizzas were delicious!! Definitely will be back!!

They didnt answer the phone. Drove up there. (Place was dead, wasnt even sure they were open)Went to the window, they never came to the window. Went inside, (no other customers in line)they finally came to the counter. I asked what they had hot and ready, they had nothing, so I left. Place is a joke
