Little Caesars Pizza

I just go there and grab a quick small pizza to eat. Since it’s already cooked and usually when I get it it’s I’m hungry.

Friendly, respectful staff that hustles. I'm so grateful for this. I'm out of Texas working here developing a community, and I'm accustomed to good customer service at home, but it hasn't been as common here. I walked into McAllisters in Pascagoula and all the workers were huddled up in back talking. Didn't even acknowledge my existence for a few minutes after seeing me. Money is hard to come by, and is so frustrating to part with it and be treated like an inconvenience. This place is definitely the exception. I hope this review is seen by the owner, and that person appreciates their excellent staff. It's a thankless, hot job and dealing with customers is hard. Kudos guys. Thank you so much! I asked for the managers email to brag on them but it was returned undeliverable.

The order that I placed was for cheesy bread. I didn't care for the products to be ready, and all they have to do is hand it to you.

Very friendly staff, they were backed up with the orders because a church came and purchased all of the pizzas that were ready, and had them to make more. My pizza was so good and fresh, thin crust pepperoni pizza 🤤🤤, I left a $5 tip just because they were working hard to get the pizzas réady for the people who was waiting.

They're slowly turning into the OLD burger king. Rude, close whenever they feel like and instead of working they all hanging out horsing around inside hours before closing time they have advertised.

New sign advertises “new management” we were happy to see that , unhappy to see only 2 youngsters trying to tame a Friday night rush . Ordered the pizza showed up an hour later , was told there are 2 orders in front of me . I guess it’s a first world problem , but I would recommend if you value you your time to not pick up your pizza during a busy time for at least about an hour and a half

Understand that this one Little Caesars is under new management. However, I was the only customer, and I had to wait at the window. While somebody was screaming at somebody, then the girl could not understand my order, I had to pull around and wait, they brought me the wrong order. I explained to them they went back in came out and when I got home because I didn't check my pizza.I didn't have the right order. When I called, there really wasn't an apology, but I was asked, what do you want me to do? Better, do better.

I have previously chosen this store over the one in OS.

Tonight (April 4th) I placed an online order for a Pretzel Crust Pizza with Cheese Sauce.
And, 2 Italian cheese breads.

I got in the store BEFORE the tracker showed my food was even out of the oven.

They immediately brought me my order. The order WAS NOT HOT.

Got home. The Italian cheese breads are nasty. My Pretzel Pizza did not have the cheese sauce I ordered, it's smothered in tomato sauce. And no salt on the Pretzel crust.
