I’ve ordered the Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal here twice, and both times it was disappointing. The burger tasted and felt like it had been made hours earlier—cold meat, stale bun, and overall not fresh. On top of that, some of the staff didn’t appear to be dressed professionally. I expect better consistency and food quality from McDonald’s.

Had to order twice trough DoorDash apparently DoorDash made a mistake and another person took my order, so I reorder and my food was packed very bad and no drink in my bag, problem nobody takes responsibility.

The WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to. Employees are rude every time. It seems I am asked to pull up and wait then forgotten about every other time I order from here. Items are missing from every order I’ve placed. It’s very seldom that I come and have a good experience. Today I placed an order in the drive through and the girl taking my order never confirmed that I could pull around, didn’t ask if my order looked correct. Just closed the order and said nothing. I pull around, pay with another girl and I see the girl taking orders just laying her head on the counter taking orders. I pull up to get my food, come to find out I paid for the WRONG order and she never sent my order through. Thankfully the girls who caught it took care of it and were very sweet. It just seems I have an issue with the same people every time.

(12/17/25 at ~10:30pm) Went through the drive through and order a simple double quarter pounder meal with a Dr Pepper and fries, after I paid and went to the second window they offered me the wrong order. I didn’t think much of it because it’s a simple mistake that happens all the time; however, the stench of weed coming out the window was very concerning. After receiving my order I drove home only to realize that my burger had NO toppings, one of the patties was folded in half like a sheet of paper, the cheese was on the side of the burger gluing it to the box, and lastly they gave me coke instead of Dr Pepper. I don’t expect much from a McDonalds but when you can’t get a single thing right it’s not even laughable, just horrendously disappointing and unacceptable for business. I ended up throwing the whole order away (it smelled foul and was unfit for human consumption). I have had numerous issues with this joke of an establishment before (one of the worst being a raw patty) but this is the last time I will even considered eating there (only went there tonight because Sonic’s system was down). I doubt anything will come of this complaint but if anyone from management is reading this I know the Deschers ;)

5 stars because; thanks to the app I paid $0.25 for my lunch..
2 stars across the board because; its McDonald's.. buns were dry.. all condiments and relishes were in one spot, the patties were small and tasteless and looked to be left on the side of the road for at least two days and they just so happened to be out of EVERYTHING... But.. the frappe was delish!! Best Lunch Ever!!

Placed my order into the drive through, and was promptly pulled up and forgotten about for 10 minutes. Went in to see about my food, and was eventually given it. Minus a 10 piece that I ordered. After arguing with 2 different employees to prove they shorted me my nuggets, I was finally given them. When I complained the person who seemed to be manager said I didn't have to eat there. I told him I won't again. As a bonus, when I got home my burger was RAW.

My son's happy meal burger was cold and looked very old. Whoever decided ro serve it should be ashamed of themselves. I also paid to add cheese to his burger, but didn't receive it. His drink was supposed to be a rootbeer but it was a diet coke, & it had spilled all down the side because the lid wasn't placed on it all the way. Asked for ranch & honey mustard. Received creamy chili & honey mustard. No straw, no napkins in the bag. I had similiar issues the last time we ordered. Do better, please!

So I come here often since I live not only 1 minute away, morning shift is amazing GOOD JOB YALL !!! The evening shift is always missing something teach your teens that missing items is not acceptable too many times have I been through and not been given a ranch for my daughter chicken nuggets, that happen today as well as they forgot her milk with her meal. I work in customer service at hard rock a mistake here and their is expected but EVERY TIME?? Maybe the grown adults should be handing out the food and and prepping it and the teens should be doing the dine in orders. McDonald’s evening shift please fix your self call me a Karen idgaf I spend too much money and time to keep over looking this crap.

It used to be really good and fresh. The past two months have been awful. Fries always cold and soggy, burgers are cold and hard and buns crunchy. Every time I ask for extra onion, I get absolutely none at all. The meal deal they seem to always forget nuggets or fries then when you show them, they get an attitude. I wouldn't recommend this place

Went to Gautier, Ms. for a meal for my son. It is a “special” order but nonetheless the directions are printed. Only customer inside to order but still waited longer than should have. Soda machine was flat, fries were cold, and buns were rock hard. Got them to remake burgers and they still somehow got it wrong. Bring it back and tell them it’s wrong and employee argued that she just re- made it. Yes but it’s wrong (she literally didn’t know the difference in an onion and a pickle. And apparently mustard and mayo.) After finally getting burger back a 2nd time there is a massive amount of onion mixed in with enough mayonnaise to last you a lifetime and the bun was ripped at this point because the mayo and onion are not only covering the inside but the outside too. Finally ask the manager to just refund my entire order all the while employee is still running her mouth in the back. DO BETTER and get rid of lazy entitled people.

So of course we all go to McDonald’s for fast service. However, it sometimes get busy. I was able to speak to Ryan about my order being wrong but he was very polite and fixed everything in the middle of chaos. I really do appreciate him. 5 stars for him his great customer service will have customers coming back even on the crazy days.
