This visit i asked for a big mac with extra cheese abs l and a caramel sundae. It was only one car in front of me and I still had to pull up and wait about 7-8 minutes to get my food. Ice cream machine down again during the afternoon time.I get home and I have nothing on top of my big mac but a meat pattie and bread - looks like whomever fixed this placed everything on the low section.

Ordered thru drive thru. Server was polite. Had to wait about 8 minutes for food. We were in a trip, got down the road and realized they left out half of our order. How hard is it to read a screen and put the food in a bag? At the restaurant I work at, it's not too difficult. Def would not return here! Not to mention the food we did receive was super cold and the buns were hard, as if they were there from the day before. Horrible excuse for a McDonald's.

Pretty fast in the mornings and courteous. Every once and a while they mess up but other than that it's probably only thing that's worth eating in gautier when it's late but would be better If they stayed open longer

Great customer service. I actually work here and I'm a new employee. Had to try my own store out and have to say they are by far the best I've been to yet. Quick and fast service and HOT food.

I came here 2 week ago customer service was bad and u got young folk that work at McDonald's they what to complain about everything and they get mad at a customer with they want to order something please do not cameback here no more I recommend going to five guys they burgers or way better then this garbage

Rude and unprofessional. I understand that there are guidelines and rules to follow, but I feel like I've been gaslit because when I asked the manager when breakfast stopped ordering I was told 10:30, when I pointed out my receipt shows 10:29 I was told their copy showed 10:34, so either the order took 5 minutes to travel from kiosk to printer, or there's a sync discrepancy between systems. Also, the crew lead screaming to the rest of the employees how only order 689 (my order) would be declined because there's no more breakfast didn't help my mood any. I was refunded to be fair, but I'm still upset over how was handled.
