So I come here often since I live not only 1 minute away, morning shift is amazing GOOD JOB YALL !!! The evening shift is always missing something teach your teens that missing items is not acceptable too many times have I been through and not been given a ranch for my daughter chicken nuggets, that happen today as well as they forgot her milk with her meal. So of course we all go to McDonald’s for fast service. However, it sometimes get busy. I was able to speak to Ryan about my order being wrong but he was very polite and fixed everything in the middle of chaos. I really do appreciate him. 5 stars for him his great customer service will have customers coming back even on the crazy days.

I ordered and paid for chicken nuggets and two sweet teas. When I got to the second window to get my order, I was informed they only had one sweet tea. They asked me if I wanted something else instead. I didn't want anything other than the tea, and I wasn't refunded my money. It wasn't so much about $2, 25 I lost, it was the principle of the fact that no one offered to refund my money.
