They seem to never have any tomatoes, but yet charge you for it; 3x this has happened. Pan crust is actually thin crust. Somebody must be taking the food home and leaving the rest for customers.

First time using this location. It was awful. The pizza was very warm, not hot. Rarely any cheese on it, and Bland. The cheese bread was so hard that it tasted like toast. The Cheese on the cheesy bread was burned. I will never order from here again. One and done.

I ordered a pizza for carryout and it was the freshest most Delicious peperoni pizza I've ever had. I'd give you 10 stars if I could!!! Extremely friendly staff as well.

I use to eat here quite often. Prices went up and quality has gone down. After a long while of not going back I ordered hand tossed was told it was thicker than thin crust. Might as well been a thin crust. Couldn't get much thinner. Had no flavor , very bland. Use to be the only place I ordered pizza since 2012. Absolutely will never go back.

Order food from here online a couple weeks ago and received burnt/hard cinnamon rolls! I done an email review of my order just to receive an rudely response from I'm assuming the manager JADE stating my food being burnt wasn't her cook fault, because they asked my coworker was the burnt cinnamon rolls ok and he said yes, which was a LIE! She went back and forth with me being very UNPROFESSIONAL! She's refused to give me the district manager contact info. I've tried calling corporate, but no luck! I have yet to receive a credit on my account! I would not recommend wasting your money at this local establishment!!
Never had a problem with PH, but last night's order was a huge disappointment. I ordered two buffalo chicken melts, instead I was given two of the meat lovers & they came with ranch instead of marinara. The wings were old, and there was little to no sauce on either order (both were buffalo mild, boneless & bone-in). The chocolate donuts weren't cooked all the way. They were chewy & doughy. Normally, I would've returned the order & gotten a refund, but I unfortunately placed the order minutes before closing. I thought they closed at 1am, but it was 12am.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the Asst. Manager that worked last night. (8/30/24) She only had one other employee working with her and they took care of business! Our pizza took a little longer, but she handled everything with grace and kindness. I will definitely be back!!!
