I have a receipt from my order.. I called the store to inform them my order was wrong.. I was hung up on several times.. when a lady did answer she screamed at me.. I called her corporate office and now have 3 free pizzas.. do not go to the Gautier location.. it seems every food place in Gautier is the same.. either it’s nasty or bad service

My very first real job when I was 15 was washing dishes at their dine in restaurant that has shut it's doors in the not too many years back, now it's a pick up and delivery hub that's stays pretty busy, I ordered from here often since they changed locations and for the most part was always happy til about 3 or 4 months back, on this pertucular visit the young gentleman taking my money couldn't have been more rude and seemed to go out of his way to let me understand how little he was concerned that my order was not correct and how they would survive fine without my business.All over a 3 dollar difference in what I ordered and what I was asked to pay.how hard could that have been to explain and or correctParking: Huge parking area
Not the fanciest place but still gets the job done. I know everyone has their favorites and Pizza Hut is mine. Their thin crust and their pan pizza crust are unbeatable!

This location has "lost" my order multiple times. I called in to place my order with a live agent multiple times and each time upon my arrival I was told that the order didn't go through. How when a human being processed it?! Everytime!

Every order has something missing or incorrect upon delivery and I can never get assistance to resolve.
The worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. They screwed my order refuse to make me another pizza or give my money back. It’s a nasty establishment the pans they cook the pizzas on are old because the pizzas sticks to pans they cook them on.. One of the employees got so mad at me she tried to hit me with the pizzas in front of my children. She was behaving like a lady on drugs. They also have two employees that look like dope fiends.She followed me out to my car yelling in my ear all because I wanted a refund.. I would advise people to never eat there. The girl didn’t even have on her uniform or wash her hands and the guy cooking the pizzas was eating and cooking pizzas at the same time..

I went in to pick up an order. The lady told me that it would be a couple of min. Okay no worries. A guy comes up to register and almost yelling did you pay for your order. After the 1st lady told him I was there for an online order to pick up. Huh? A few minutes later she answered the phone, and was speaking to a customer over the phone. I guess the person in other end was cussing at her and while I was in the store she said Don't Fing cuss at me and slammed the phone down. No one should have to work in a hostile environment like that. Not professional at all.

Like the previous fellow, if they had a 0 star option I would have taken it. I'm not going to waste too much time here. Pizza Hut no longer offers refunds. Only store credits. If they screw up, you can't get your money back. That one policy alone should keep you away. Their customer service is garbage. But, this is ALL locations. This company must want to die, it seems like they are purposely making any decision they can to destroy their brand.
