My boyfriend and I love this sonic! Especially the best waiter is Desi. If I see she’s delivering my food i always make sure to tip her because she really is awesome. Today I got food there and it was awful. But this is the first bad food I’ve got in probably 30 other great food experiences isn’t that bad. I wanted to let them know today was inedible but everyone has a bad day sometimes and I’ll be back another time. Thanks Desi for your customer service! 5 stars

Easily the worst fast food service I have experienced. I ordered food and waited 11 minutes and watched two customers come after me and receive their orders before me. As this is the second time it's happened I can only guess that the staff blows off the order and expects you to drive away so they can eat it for free when you don't pay for it.

Ordered two strawberry cheesecake shakes, hot fudge shake and two chocolate shakes…. Well, they all came out straight chocolate and melted. Every time we come to this sonic, it’s always horrible. I’d rather drive to ocean springs or Pascagoula than the sonic in the town I live.

This place is a joke. Not sure what they don't understand about no relish on my hotdog. They mess it up everytime and I send it back and get a refund everytime. Last time it cost me the $5 tip I gave to the carhop.

Stop here every now again, never had any issues until tonight. Pulled up to the window and Vanessa? I think was her name said: "when you're ready to order find a booth" in a very rude tone that's all, no 'please' or 'thanks'. Seemed like we were impeding on her personal time. So we went to the booth and the young man who took our order was nothing but rude. I couldn't hear him over the music in the back ground and he started getting an attitude with me when I ordered a large instead of the medium (was unaware the drink only came in medium). Train your staff better. I'll take the drive to ocean springs or pascagoula and spend my money there than be treated the way we were. Do better.
