They've got a self checkout gas register. All Subways freeze their unused ingredients from the day before, so vegetables are never fresh. And if they would pay their employees a living wage, they wouldn't have to ask for a tip.

Service is subpar. Ordered food ahead and picked it up. When I got home, none of the sandwiches were correct, and all were missing lettuce. Called and complained, and the employee got an attitude with me and said they were out of lettuce and just forgot to mention it. I spoke to the manager, and she got a bigger attitude and did not believe they fell short on service or quality. No solution was offered.

Gas station subway delivers proper subway branded sub and a nice young fellow making my sandwich exactly as my picky self prefers. It's still subway (meh / 10) but it was a top tier subway. Would go back.

There was one worker that was an absolute kind person. I hope the best for her. You can tell the rest didn't want to be there. One girl got real snippy and full of attitude when I wasn't given direction on what they wanted and she took my questions as me being rude. Honestly, reflecting on the situation, she probably was projecting and needs better support from the company and a cleaner work environment if a customer can get under her skin so easily. I get it, it's minimum wage working at a subway at a gas station. However, that is not my fault and I shouldn't be the outlet for anyone's issues. Maybe some customer service training and programs that may better the staff such as free schooling for culinary purposes or business? Make it worth their time so they are growing personally and professionally so they are not stuck with their job since the mood felt really uncomfortable. Sadly, not my favorite subway store. I thought being deployed would be the hardest time for me to communicate with the locals, nope, it's being back in the states.

Tuesday September 5th 8:35am. The lady who made my sandwich presented very disrespectful body langue by flinging and throwing my food. Then continued to exaggerate by rolling her eyes as if it was a major inconvenience to make a sandwich. The lady at the register was very rude and acted like it was a problem to take my money she looked like she had somewhere else she needed to be. I live 10 hours from here. I’m looking to relocate. Based on my second rude encounter at this very same store. OCEAN SPRINGS the people are rude and miserable.
