A beautiful and sweet southern belle , with plenty of southern hospitality . Called on way out of town , in a bind , with my family empty handed on our way to a family reunion . We needed to bring something worthy of the call , didn’t want to show up with something low effort and mediocre like a cheese plate or frozen cake from Walmart deli. Even on short notice they whipped up some gourmet cupcakes and had some lemon gooey pecan squares they sold me ,and fixed me up some of the best coffee I’ve had in the short few minutes I waited while they whipped it up. They put it in a nice box for good presentation too . I also discovered that this was not only an awesome bakery but quite a gem of a fantastically big and em extravagant gift shop as well as a florist , all family owned and operated : look forward to coming back .

Was disappointed the cake had no flavor was 3 layers Instead of the 2 i asked for, the inside was what I wanted ,I paid 70$ for a cake 2 slices was taken out ,I took 1 bite ,my husband ate the 1 and 1/2 slice that was taken out.it was for our 6 yr anniversary, I am so glad that it wasn't for an actual party .

I ordered a 6” smash cake for a 1 year old. It was simple white to pink ombré icing with a gold rim on top. I specifically asked if she was able to make this cake & sent a photo of EXACTLY what I needed &she said yes, she could. At pickup, no gold rim. She put a piece of yellow/orange colored fondant around the top. When I got home, I took the cake out of the box & it was so unlevel & the icing wasn’t even close to being smooth. I called and she had every excuse in the book, no apology, no offer to remake it, or give us a store credit, nothing. I wish I had a way to post photos. I try to support small businesses but Walmart does a better job.

Absolutely terrible service! Called to have a cake priced and the lady told me that she didn’t have time to price a cake cause she has a bunch of customers and is by herself and told me she didn’t know what I was talking about and to just come in the bakery. Then hanged up the phone. Find a new job cause your not very good at this one

My mom was so nervous about her wedding bouquet and they were so patient with me when ordering! My mom is so picky and they did everything they could to make sure they were perfect! Here is a picture of the finished product! They were stunning!

My husband sent me 2 dozen red roses in a vase with my favorite balloons attached for our 15th Wedding Anniversary on Thursday 23rd July. They are absolutely stunning. So fresh and they look like velvet, I just can't stop looking at them. They are possibly the nicest flowers I've had delivered to me since we moved here in 2016. Thank you so much Flower Patch for making my day!

I called from out of state needing a gift for a very dear friend. The woman I dealt with was polite and patient as I was undecided in what I wanted. Without pictures to choose from together we decided on a bakery assortment I was nervous but trusted them. The gift was delivered, the recipient surprised, and excited to see the variety of items. I received pictures. It was an awesome selection, I wish they shipped!! I will definitely use them again.
