Most of the time every visit has went well but in the last few weeks this location has been stopping all orders / service for 30 minutes for a shift change. I can't understand how other fast food restaurants continue to serve but Wendy's has to stop everything for 30 minutes and it's 3pm in the evening. I counted 8 cars just leave after been told this message (lost of business-smh)...

Saturday at 5pm and the doors to the restaurant are closed. We've been previously during the day and it was closed then also. Just drive thru open. Wendy's is my favorite fast food burger, but not at this place. How are you locking doors today Wendy's during the middle of the day?

My husband and I went out to Wendy's in Gautier for our weekly cheat day. I was not impressed by their customer service. It seemed like they were mainly paying attention to drive thru and not inside. We had to wait for about 15 min just to get our order placed. No welcome or any type of acknowledgment when we were standing there. The woman who rang us up definitely seemed like she didn't want to be there, and was very short and rude. The food was delicious, but it did take about 30 minutes. I understand being busy because I also work in food industry, but the customer service was awful.

I would like to order food, but the doors are locked for any inside patronage. It appears that the drive thru is the only option to order food at the Wendy's in Gautier, MS. If I want to eat in my car, I'll go to Sonic.

Went to Wendy’s around 7pm and they said they were out of big burgers. I ordered a spicy sandwich and received a regular chicken sandwich. The fries were hot, but I was disappointed that my sandwich wasn’t spicy and that singles weren’t available to order.

It took 24 minutes to get my food in the drive through line. When I finally got my food there was not even an apology or any words said to me as I was handed my food. Also when I got my food it was not what I ordered and they forgot my straw. The numbers on menu board do not match what they have so make sure you check the screen.
I just wanted to pick up lunch so I placed a drive thru order. They told me to come inside because it was for pickup (it wasn’t). The soda machine was down, the printer for receipts was down, and both toilets in the stalls in the women’s bathroom had feces on them. The staff was polite, but did not make up for this experience. I don’t recommend.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would have!! Lobby was locked and couldn't go in, waiting almost 30 mins in the drive through for my mobile order. Then they forgot fries. Then the chili cheese fries were ICE cold, not room temperature it Felt like they pulled it out the fridge!! Quickly remember why we don't eat Wendy's!!

No one greeted is and we stood there 10 minutes and not a word uttered . They were busy entertaining friends and the catching up the drive thru backup . Sad day for a 50 year Wendy's fan ! Sad to say not sure We will come back ever.

No such thing as fast food anymore. I have given this Wendy’s a few chances and this is my last. I ordered online with drive through pickup chosen. The line was decently long and I saw a couple coming out of dining room so I change order to inside pickup. When I went to the door the dining room had been locked. Now I’m unable to cancel my order and currently have been waiting 20min with 4 cars ahead of me sitting at the speaker. Since waiting only one car has moved to pickup and its order. Never will I order anything from this Wendy’s again.
