Wendy's everywhere are going downhill. The smell in here is sickening. Made it Togo because of the stench. However the young black guy Robert was cool as a fan with extremely well spoken mannerism. So thank you Robert.

This Wendy’s is conveniently located on Highway 90 and of course it’s Wendy’s but the service was excellent. The food was hot. They got my order right and even included the right dipping sauces for the nuggets. I even asked for a soda with no ice. They got that right too.So I would definitely recommend this Wendy’s hands-down !

Sad that I’m changing my five star review to a one star. The service has gone down hill. Twice I have stood at the counter without even a hello. The second time I just walked out. Rude just rude. I will not spend my money here until it changes and the owner starts caring about his business. There was not one single customer in the lobby, and about 4 customers in the drive through. It doesn’t take long for Employees to ruin business that has been built up by others.

We went to Wendy's in Gautier MS and will never go back. After waiting 20 minutes in drive thru for a Frosty, we finally made it to the second window. The employee was so rude. She didn't give us a spoon or straw or napkin. We had to blow the horn to get her to return to the window. We asked for our utensiles and she snatched a paper towel and threw it at us and then slammed the window shut. We waited until she opened the window for her to tell us she had already given us one! Practically called us a liar over a spoon!! If this is the kind of service Wendys trains their employees to behave, God knows what goes on in the kitchen. The Sonic is next door. Go there instead!
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE PAST 4. The worst staff will be working and they do not care and act high. Genuinely pathetic.

It was awful the girl that took the order appeared to be on something. I ordered a Taco salad and I got a chicken salad the chicken was tried out like beef jerky. The girl that bagged my salad had her hair down and a mess just thankful I didn't have any in my food. Then was asked to pull foward to wait on the husband's food no straws even when we finally got our food. I will not be going back to this location as long as I see these two running the front end again.......

This was my second time going to this location. Each time.... their customer service is lacking. My fries were large, but they filled it half way....and half of THOSE were in the bottom of the bag. They were still hot though. ?♀️
