Ordered a French dip sandwich and jalapeños bits. Get home and I don't have a sandwich and if you are asking yourself why didn't I call. I did 6 times. No one answered
It's a new location, a couple of months old, but I would have to say that the service is phenomenal, they are very helpful in assisting with selections, and will point out the specials to help you save mo ey, the location is spotless and bathrooms are very clean, and of course the food is prepared in a fast manner and tastes delicious.

Had a late pick up order of 2 for $6 crispy chickens this day that, not only disappointed me that I had settled on fast food again, but was two of the worst sandwiches ever served me. Last minute drive thrus are NOT to be trusted.

Customer service needs overhauled. DRIVE THRU service is terrible. Cars are always asked to pull forward and block the drive and wait.

Only been to this restaurant twice and each time the food was terrible. The curly fries was so hard, I could only eat 3 out of a large size, and the roast beef flavor was comparable to Dasani water.

Today, May 18th, Worst chicken sandwich ever! It was crunchy on the outside and tough on the inside as if it was frozen and not done. Did not see this until I got home. The person at the window was dry and seemed as if she did not want to work. I called the manager and the only thing she said was okay and thank you. No apologies or any concern.

After placing my order via the drive-thru, I was asked to pull around to the parking lot. It took about 40 to 45 minutes to get my order. When I did, my fries were cold, and I wasn't given my drink. When I asked about it, it took 7 more minutes for them to bring the drink, and they brought me the wrong size. ? When I got home, a chunk of turkey from my turkey and ranch sandwich was just sitting in the bag. I can't see how it fell off the sandwich because it was tightly wrapped. Which leads me to believe that the turkey was left off half of my sandwich, so they just stuffed the other half in the bag. I've never had service like this, and I don't plan on ever going back. I should've gone to Burger King like I started to.

Pleasant service. Food came out fast, and it was good. It didn't taste like it was sitting around. Clean inside. Did I say pleasant service? Let me emphasize how important that is. Here in the Delta a lot of businesses hire people with bad attitudes. Even if a place serves decent food, I would not go there if the workers are jerks. I'd rather go to a place with mediocre food if the service is better. So far this place has decent food and nice people. It's already way ahead than other places in town. I hope it stays that way.
