Today we ordered the Ham and Swiss sandwich meal. The Ham and Swiss Sandwich was cold, curly fries were cold too. Buffalo Chicken sandwich was cold too! The only good thing I can say is that the sweet tea was cold and fresh.

I ran in Arby's in Greenwood for lunch and after ordering and sitting for a while just killing time I seen a guy come in and could tell he had something going on and was trying to get food the manager or owner which ever she was got him something to eat and took what money he had and was really nice then I walked out and there was another homeless guy im assuring they were together and he asked for money and I didn't have any cash and after I got in my work van I felt bad and went right back over there and told the guy if he wanted food I would pay for it and he started telling me what he wanted and I said no come on your a paying customer were going in and you can cool off after we got in he tried again and I said no you tell this lady what you would like and after he told I asked if he wanted more and he said no and I paid for it and the manager I assume told me thank you several times and I was so happy to see her welcoming of him to come inside

Made a mobile order, upon getting up to the radio, was not greeted in a professional and welcoming manner; was told to pull up at the door. no customers in sight. I pulled up to the window, woman comes up to the window slowly opened the window and said I said it was going to be a minute pull to the door. If the foods not ready, fine. Don’t speak to your customers so condescendingly. Definitely won’t be coming back. At least the young kid that brought out the food had some sense to be cordial to the customer.

Pitiful. The worst service in 68 years of living. The window gal we asked for artificial sweetener for the 2nd time rolled her eyes north and huffed so I threw the sugar inside that we didn't order , then she threw the artificial sweetener thru our car window into our car. We stormed in and demanded refund . Pathetic. They'll not make it a year.

Ordered a French dip sandwich and jalapeños bits. Get home and I don't have a sandwich and if you are asking yourself why didn't I call. I did 6 times. No one answered

It's a new location, a couple of months old, but I would have to say that the service is phenomenal, they are very helpful in assisting with selections, and will point out the specials to help you save mo ey, the location is spotless and bathrooms are very clean, and of course the food is prepared in a fast manner and tastes delicious.
The burger was medium rare after we forcefully ask for food to be the well done

Had a late pick up order of 2 for $6 crispy chickens this day that, not only disappointed me that I had settled on fast food again, but was two of the worst sandwiches ever served me. Last minute drive thrus are NOT to be trusted.
