I am so glad I made a dinner reservation at Giardina's. I was warmly welcomed into the rest and guided to my private partitioned room, which was a delightful surprise. The food was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the Golden Salad. The Blackened Delta Catfish and Ricotta Spinach were delicious too. Giardina's is inside an old building which is beautiful and charming. The service was gracious. I hope to return so I can have friends in the private dining room with me.
Nice spot for a “fancier” dinner when we wanted something out of the normal burger-and-fries. The food was high quality — steaks, seafood, pasta, etc. The ambiance: elegant but comfortable, so you don’t feel out of place with kids. They even have a children’s menu. What I appreciated: good service, attention to detail, and that everyone in the family felt treated well. The one drawback: it’s more of an evening destination (dinner only), so that means babysitter-mode...
It was our anniversary and Giardina's gave us a treat. Thank you! The little private booth for two has been the place where we have celebrated many anniversaries, birthdays, and date nights. Enjoyable memories.
