The customer service at this greenwood location is god awful. This morning was not just the second but third time I’ve dealt with the same issue. I pull up to the drive thru for breakfast, I’m the only one in line, and I’m given maybe 2 seconds to see what I want before I’m rudely asked if I’m ready. I told her no, she gave me maybe 2 more seconds before asking if I’m ready again, I said no I just got here. She then with an attitude asked if I wanted to pull up and look at a menu as if I’m holding up an imaginary line behind me. I told her no, that would defeat the purpose of coming to the drive thru, and there is a menu in front of me I’m currently trying to look at. I rush to make my order without really know what I want. Get to the window and they’re talking about me in the back where one of the employees is trying to explain to the other who had taken the order that I had literally just pulled in, explaining off my responses she wasn’t happy with. I told them I could understand being rushed like that if there was actually a line or something but I’m the only one in the drive thru. But again, this is the third time this very scenario has happened with them. Evening crew has always been delightful, it’s the breakfast crew I keep having this issue with.

This was my very first visit to a Jack's. And it was a great experience. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. They even had their Market Manager in there that day, and she was actually working! You don't see many MM jumping in to help. The food was hot and fresh. I loved the chicken and biscuits, but the green beans definitely need more seasoning. I would definitely eat there again if I'm ever in that area again. I hope I get this experience at the Jack's in my own area.

Probably one of the Best hidden gems in the area for fried chicken. Jack's might be on the other side of town compared to the fast food corridor of Park Ave. But their fried chicken and sides are the best in Town. Try their Monday and Tuesdays (2) piece chicken specials or their $6 daily dinner menu. Can't wait to have breakfast there soon. Clean and quiet restaurant with a very good staff. Try this place - you'll be glad that you did.??

Whoever trained the staff in Tunica and Indianola should be allowed to come train the staff here at the Greenwood Mississippi location. The customer service is piss poor. I came in for breakfast and stood at the front counter for five minutes without even being acknowledged. When you young lady finally came over to the counter, all she said was "for here or to go' as if I were disturbing her. Do better, Jack's...

This was the first time I have ever eaten at Jack's. The chicken was freshly cooked and deliciously seasoned. The biscuits were fluffy hot and tasty. The potatoes and that oh so good gravy were on point. The only thing that ruined the experience was when I came in to check on my mobile order, it hadn't come across their system yet and the cashier telling me that I didn't place my order even after I shown her my order on my phone. So after she finally realized I wasn't lying, she told the fry cook to drop some more chicken like I had ruined her day! But soon, her attitude changed when my wife and daughter walked in. Instead of her saying, sir or however you are to address the customers, she said "hey your food is ready." So without being ignorant as she were, I just got my food and left, and hopefully, Jack's read this and handled this situation accordingly.

Took 26 minutes after we had pulled to the side and we only ordered two chocolate milkshakes. The lady who took our order was rude and snappy "We dOnT hAvE LaRges". Horrible. A nicer lady came out and said they could only make one chocolate. So she asked more politely what other flavor we wanted and we said cookie dough. She made the milkshakes and brought them out. She apologized, it wasn't that bad.

Jack's chicken was very, very, very delicious. Their chicken was tender and juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Their French fries were hot, crispy and fresh. It were fried to professionall. Their buscit was real good. Make me want to go to BACK, BACK, BACK to JACK, JACK JACK for more and more

This is for the new Grenada MS location. When trying to place order, person at counter was short and sharp with her questions. When order arrived it was short 1drink. When this was pointed out nothing was done to rectify the issue. They also did not give the ranch dressing that was ordered. Sunday after church and only 1 person taking orders. Multiple people have said they will not go back because the service was the same for them!
