I made an online order. The specified time For the meal to be ready was in my order. My order was not complete on time. Therefore this put me and my family back a whole half hour from our dinner event. The chicken was not set on a timer therefore the team had to guess if the chicken was done. At this pint I’ve been standing in the restaurant for 20 minutes waiting. Once I seen the chicks not set on a timer and the manger was notified I tried to cancel my order online which was not successful. Then, I asked to just cancel my order in the store. Of courses I was told the order is rest and brushed off like I didn’t just ask to cancel my order. I’ve been a faithful jacks customer in north Mississippi the last 5 years and come to be with family and get chicken at Greenwood establishment. And totally makes my experience way less than satisfied. The chicken is actually over cooked meat tastes like shoes strings and some of ya’ll knows what that tastes like don’t play like you ain’t never bit one lol.

I apparently live under a rock as I haven't been to a Jack's before. This is my first time visiting one, and if they're all like this, I'm sold. The staff were very friendly, and worked with me on something to get for my first time. I got the chicken tender, fries, cheeseburger, combo meal, and a strawberry shake. The chicken tenders practically melted in my mouth. The fries had a wonderful seasoning blend on them. The cheeseburger tasted amazing. The strawberry shake was beyond impressive because it was made with real ice cream, not some kind of powdered mix at other places. I got my order to go, and my only regret once I was back on the road was not ordering more. I will definitely be back here when I'm in the area again!

I’m a traveler. I’m in and out of towns daily. Usually the first place I visit is the restrooms. If it’s terrible it makes me wonder what the kitchen is like. They were terrible. So I did not stay to eat.

Went to the drive through and received our meal the burger I got was smashed together with a lot of ingredients in it and it was very slippery. The chocolate shake that I received had clumps of chocolate that wasn't melted and it was about 80%filled.

The corn dogs were cold and the strawberry pie was too. It taste like they were cooked yesterday and reheated. The pie had no time nor flavor marked on the box. Don’t even get me started on what was supposed to be sweet tea. It tasted old and had no sugar in it at all. Waste of time!
