I apparently live under a rock as I haven't been to a Jack's before. This is my first time visiting one, and if they're all like this, I'm sold. The staff were very friendly, and worked with me on something to get for my first time. I got the chicken tender, fries, cheeseburger, combo meal, and a strawberry shake. The chicken tenders practically melted in my mouth. The fries had a wonderful seasoning blend on them. The cheeseburger tasted amazing. The...

Jack's Family Restaurant offers good food, excellent service, and fair prices. It's a welcoming spot for a satisfying meal. I was pleased with my experience and look forward to returning!

This was my very first visit to a Jack's. And it was a great experience. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. They even had their Market Manager in there that day, and she was actually working! You don't see many MM jumping in to help. The food was hot and fresh. I loved the chicken and biscuits, but the green beans definitely need more seasoning. I would definitely eat there again if I'm ever in that area again. I hope I get this experience...
