I got the 20 bucket meal and it was the worst I’ve ever had. I ordered extra crispy and got soggy chicken even found a hair in the chicken thru the whole bucket away. I didn’t even let my dogs eat it So if you come to greenwood Mississippi don’t eat at the kfc is nasty.

This is the 2nd time I have come through the drive through and haven't gotten what I ordered. Each time the young lady repeats your order twice and you get to the window and get something totally different. I ordered 3 wings and a biscuit only. The lady repeats it back saying original. I responded 3 wings and a biscuit crispy, she asked again 3 wings and biscuit original right ma'am? I said no crispy. She said drive around. Got to the window , paid the money and drove off. Look in bag, there is one original wing, one original breast and one spicy breast. No where near my order. I think I have had enough of KFC for the rest of the year.SMH!

Terrible all around. I ordered boneless chicken wings and bone in chicken, and was told to pull into a parking spot to wait. This spot was behind me so I had to do an awkward three point turn with cars right behind me in the drive through line to get to it. I was not told how long I would be waiting, which is usual if it will be a long time. It was 25 minutes. When I got my order the bone in chicken was fine but the boneless wings were inedible. It was obvious the sauce was put on when I first ordered, 25 minutes ago, and now they were cold and soggy. The sauce itself was awful, BBQ. It was the worst BBQ I have ever had. When I got a email asking for my opinion on my order I gave it. I was asked if I wanted to be contacted and said yes but no one did, leading me to conclude that no one cared about my bad experience. I gave the wings to my dog, btw, because I don't believe in wasting food.
