Went in today for lunch. Ordered online at 11am for 12 pick up. I am still sitting here at 12:30 with no food because it’s “not ready”. I would love to say this is my first bad experience here but it’s not. The employees are ALWAYS rude and appear they would rather be ANYWHERE else but there. Today was the same. They were all walking around at a snails pace like they had nothing to do and huffed and puffed whenever you would try to get service or ask a question. Lobby...read full review
