McAlister’s of Greenwood catered an event for 100 today and it was perfection! Everything was packaged, organized, and ready for pickup on time. The sweetest ladies helped me load up everything. We received so many compliments about how good the food was too. Definitely recommend this business for catering!

Went in today for lunch. Ordered online at 11am for 12 pick up. I am still sitting here at 12:30 with no food because it’s “not ready”. I would love to say this is my first bad experience here but it’s not. The employees are ALWAYS rude and appear they would rather be ANYWHERE else but there. Today was the same. They were all walking around at a snails pace like they had nothing to do and huffed and puffed whenever you would try to get service or ask a question. Lobby FULL of people just standing and waiting and the drive thru is around the building but they haven’t even hit a skip to try to pick up their pace. It’s ridiculous and I keep giving them shot after shot to improve but it’s still the same 3 week old stale chips with HORRIBLE service. Just don’t go.

Big group came in and overwhelmed them but they kept taking orders. After 30 minutes they did not start mine, got my money back but they made me pay for the drinks they had given me

My family was in town for a funeral, and we had a very limited time to be together. The food was perfect, but the employees were so kind. They absolutely treated us like family. The management here can be very proud of their staff.

Club sandwich had very little meat and it was only on about a third of the sandwich. Took it up to the manager to show them and she apologized and said she would have the new cook remake it. The second one was barely any better. If you want a great club sandwich go to Rafferty's
