After waiting for 25 minutes inside the restaurant, I was able to place my order. The boy processed the order for the customer standing in front of me and then left to engage himself in something else, despite the fact that I was the next customer in line to be served. Even though he was looking at me from a distance, he did not approach me to take the order. It was apparent that there were many employees moving around in the kitchen doing little things here and there but none of them were taking the orders. Seems like they were all trying to ignore me. I finally called for assistance. A girl arrived to take my order.

Got a half bitten top bun, no one apologized or asked any questions, and took their good time to remake it. I guess it tasted okay. Wish I would've looked at the reviews first. They're accurately low for a reason.

I usually enjoy McDonald’s for a quick bite, but this visit was disappointing. The drive-thru line was long, which I expected, but the real issue was how slow and unorganized the service was once I got to the window. It felt like the staff was overwhelmed or not communicating well.
When I finally got my order, a few items were missing, and the food I did receive was lukewarm. The fries were soggy, and the sandwich looked like it had been thrown together in a rush. I tried to go back inside to get it corrected, but the inside was closed even though it was supposed to be open.
I’m giving two stars only because the staff was polite when I did speak to them, and I understand fast food can get hectic. But the overall experience just didn’t meet the standard I expect from McDonald’s. Hopefully, things improve with better management and attention to detail.

I gave this McDonald's a 3 overall for this particular visit because the restroom was dirty, there were no paper towels, and the manager or a staff member was in the restroom just looking at me crazy because I said this is ridiculous being that it's the women's restroom. We should have everything we need here when it comes to sanitation.

The counter service was somewhat decent, the burgers are never wrapped properly most of the time the burgers are hanging out of the wrapper french fries or spilled all in the bag so therefore you have food that’s contaminated by the condiments and stuff that they put loose in the bag. The employees handling the food-need to practice on how to wrap a burger. It’s not hard at all I done it for years. Also need to work on cleanliness restroom dirty… And this is for All McDonalds….hire more employees so maybe you will one or two taken care of your customers while the others are sitting around talking or on the cell phone talking or in the bathroom on the cell phone talking.
I ordered my norm. A vanilla iced coffee lite ice.... Going down 82 to school and got to the lite it tasted like a flat root beer. Messed up my whole day.
Kid-friendliness: Some McDonald's have play areas, but due to COVID and a bunch of other viruses I wouldn't recommend it.
I have never seen McDonald's food look so perfect outside of a commercial in my entire 43 years on this Earth. The staff is awesome as well, and the food tastes as good as it looks, so if you're looking for a good fast food burger in Mississippi, you could do a lot worse than this one. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

Bad customer service, I ordered three double chees burgers they gave me only two of them, when I told them what is the issue they took almost 20 minutes to make a single duple cheese burger and talks with attitude makes me feel like it was my fault.
