They have so many roaches inside this place. They started crawling out of nowhere from the ceiling and dropped into my cousins food. and crawled on the table. We asked for the manager and he ask “what do we you want me to do about it” He proceeds to grab a napkin and try to push the roach into his hand, as the roach runs off the table. We spent over $100 some dollars on food with no discount or anything provided.

NWJ is my go to for Mexican but the meal today wasn’t good at all. The chimichanga was burned and the chicken was rubbery. My husbands fajitas were barely warm.

The experience was poor. We came in and it took 30 minutes just to receive drinks. The serve was extremely rude. We received most of the help we needed from another waitress. We ordered an alcoholic beverage “fruity pebble martini” to be exact that was prepared by a bartender that was new and we wasn’t informed that she was new until after the drink was made and brought to the table, also we didn’t have to show ID for the drink which was a little strange. We ordered dip that was in a pool of grease and had to argue for it to be taken off even tho it was not touched. We asked for the managers name and phone number and was told that they are not allowed to give out that information. So they gave his first name only. Waiters and waitresses came to us also complaining saying he’s a jerk they used stronger choice words. Highly advise against going.

The young man that served us in Greenwood Mississippi, was very kind and attentive. Because of him we promised we return for good food and a visit with him!
Dined w/a group of 10 in town for family funeral. Server was good but couldn't keep up w/all. Should have assigned 2 people 2 this group but food was good and she did her best

I got the happy plate. It was pretty decent. We dined at the bar this time. The drinks were a bit watered down. We had two different bartenders which may also explain why my drinks tasted totally different although it was the same order twice. Nevertheless, I was able to socialize with a few associates in a pleasant environment.

I love the food but the last 6 months or so almost every order we've made has been wrong. Sad, because we don't have many options here for food that isn't fast food. When we ask for shredded beef, we do NOT want chicken or ground beef! It's not like we can take apart burritos and chimichangas in the parking lot to check and make sure it's right!
Waiting Staff was very Attentive to our needs.
