Order bacon cheese sticks online due the the door being locked. Waited in drive thru line only to get to the window, pay, and receive plain cheese sticks bc they didn’t have bacon. Still charged for bacon even though they didn’t have it. I was told “we just made the regular ones.” I requested a refund bc I didn’t order regular cheese sticks and it wouldn’t have taken 1 minute to call me before making something I didn’t order.

The customer service is terrible the manager & staff is always outside, kids in lobby when you come to store & they lock the doors very early (5p, 6p & 7p)…. The whole damn team need to be FIRED!!!!

The order for $12.83 was placed at 9:00pm. When I went to the store, I couldn't get my order because the doors were locked and no one would come to the window. I saw a guy walking around who looked right at me and never acknowledged that I was there and a female hiding on the side. I blew my horn and called the store several times, but no one answered the phone or window. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me at this store. There were 2 other vehicles behind me. I watched the same thing happen to them. At 9:45, a female called me and asked me if I still wanted my food. No apologies offered or anything. At that point, I was already at another restaurant trying to get food for my family. I am so disgusted and disappointed with Pizza Hut in Greenwood, MS.

Ordered 4 pizza got 3 and they were not right order one large 1/2 and 1/2 cheese pepperoni one meat lovers 2 supreme got my 1/2 and 1/2 and 2 meat lovers no supreme calked been on hold on one phone 14 minutes and another phone 15 no one will come back to the phone so I will hold as long as they want me too

This was the best Pizza Hut pizza I’ve had and the best pizza I’ve had in a while. Everything was hot and fresh and it was ready as soon as we pulled up to the drive thru window. Employee was very friendly. Every single pizza we got was DELICIOUS. The pan pizza was probably my favorite. I can’t wait to get it again!

I have had several good visits. I do wish the wings had more sauce. Often, they have too little sauce. The speed and quality of service has been great.Update: I found a black hair in my brownie. I have red hair, so I know it’s not mine. I waste 7$ on that brownie for me to be disgusted and it wasted.
