Every time I even call to place an order they always have some reason they can’t take orders if Pizza Hut wonders why they can’t make money it’s because who ever is working does not want to work I have given up on even trying anymore sorry I lost a good customer

These people in Greenwood, Ms Very rude and nasty attitude.. Poor customer service like a kindergarten class serving food . The lady got mad because I thought sauce came with the bread sticks. I go to Pizza Hut mostly everyday. They have been giving me sauce with the bread stick and pasta. She said somebody going to get in trouble . Really over some sauce when I send 40 or 50 dollars sometimes more. Paying her check 4hours … so you lose a customer over 54 cent . Wow 😮 lol 😂 only in Greenwood.

Pizza Hut, 1313 West Park Ave., Greenwood,MS 38930 (12/31/19) time frame: about 5:30pm----8:00pm. There was only three black people working...2 females and 1 male. Her name is unknown but SHE was the Slimmer of the females and she wore a WOOL CAP on her head! SHE CONTINUED HANGING UP IN MY DAUGHTER'S FACE!! My daughter ordered ONLINE so she could get the special. So she was TRYING to call to see if her order went though but the female with the WOOL CAP would say "YOUR ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH" and them IMMEDIATELY HANG UP!! .. without getting ANY RESPONSE from my daughter!! Even AFTER THE FACT THAT the Pizza Charge had been taken out of my daughter's account, she STILL KEPT SAYING ....."YOUR ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH" and then IMMEDIATELY HANG UP!!! .. NOT EVEN giving my daughter a chance to EXPLAIN the the Pizza Hut Charge had been taken out of her account!! My daughter must've called about 10 or 12 TIMES with that SAME GIRL WITH THE WOOL CAP CONTINUE TO HANG UP IN HER FACE , saying "Your order Did Not go through", IMMEDIATELY HANGING UP AFTERWARDS!! THANK GOD, IN JESUS' NAME that the OTHER Female FINALLY ANSWERED and CONFIRMED that my daughter's order did in fact GO THROUGH!! So me and my son went to pick up the order and WE WITNESSED this SAME GIRL with the WOOL CAP walk up and LOOK AT THE NAME AND NUMBER, and then HANG UP on ANOTHER CUSTOMER!! This WOOL CAP wearing female was VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!! This weighed HEAVILY on my mind so I decided to call back and ask when the MANAGER would be in but the female with the WOOL CAP would only say "Thanks for calling Pizza Hut. We,re Closed" and then "CLICK" ...HANG UP!!

I HATED the fact I ordered the pizza online and was given a 10-20 minute timeframe. I waited the FULL 20 minutes and went to pick up the pizza. The "whomever" behind the counter told me it would be at least 10 more minutes. I told her I ordered it online and was given this timeframe. She LITERALLY laughed in my face and said....."that "puter" aint never right"".....aghhhhh
