The food and atmosphere were both AMAZING! OMG...the herbed bread and oil...my goodness...sooo good! The Tuna steak and basil pesto penne pasta was INCREDIBLE!

The service was poor. The waitress seated us and left. We had to open the curtains to flag someone down. I had the pasta it was pricey and dry. It lacked flavor. I don't mind tipping when the service is good, but they added gratuity, which i didn't approve of. But the place was nice.

Get the tamales!! I know, Italian Steakhouse doesn't make you think of tamales. Yet there they are in the appetizers. They are THE BEST tamales I have ever had.

Our service was outstanding. It was a busy night and we were promptly served. Our server was great. Sadly, one of our steaks had to be sent back because it was over salted. Lasagna was good and so were the salads.

We were passing through and found this amazing Italian food restaurant..it was amazing as was the service.

As always food and hospitality outstanding. I am from out of town and always make it a point to dine at Serio's.

I had a wonderful time thanks to the absolutely amazing atmosphere and service. From start to finish, the staff was attentive and friendly.

If you're seeking truly authentic Italian flavors, this may not be the place for you. While the experience was great, the dishes missed the mark on true authentic Italian cuisine.

The experience being our first time dining was not good. We had reservations for 3, got seated at 6:55 food arrived at 8:00 (2) orders were prepared correctly. The orders that were prepared correct ribeye steak (well done) and lasagna was good. Frozen strawberry margarita was sent back ( no taste other than watery). I hope the people who frequent this place do not think this is normal. Do not get me wrong I have no issues with paying the prices, being this is supposed to be an upscale restaurant give me what I'm paying for.

We have never had any issues with the service. But the other night our waitress did not give us great service. She forgot to bring my wife second glass of wine until we were ready to leave. After bringing our food she never came back to check and see if we needed anything. I ran out of tea and water and it was not till we got ready to leave before she came back to check on us. We love eating at Serio's and the service has always been great. But the other night it was bad.

There were 8 of us and we all ordered different entrees. several had the Serios salad —a favorite—and my blackened cats with white wine sauce was excellent. My husband got all the extra sauce on his spaghetti that he requested. The chicken piccata was excellent as well. We all liked the twice baked potato. No dessert was ordered as we were all agreed there was no available space for it!

Romantic, excellent food and service. I have to use a cane, and they were most accommodating. There was a bit of a wait because we had no reservations, but they found us a table after a short wait as we passed the time in the cosy bar area. Our preferred main course was not available, but our second choices were delicious! Our servers and the Maitre D' were perfection.

Food is always prepared for taste and presentation. They were out of Catfish so I selected Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken which I had initially considered.
