The experience being our first time dining was not good. We had reservations for 3, got seated at 6:55 food arrived at 8:00 (2) orders were prepared correctly. The orders that were prepared correct ribeye steak (well done) and lasagna was good. Frozen strawberry margarita was sent back ( no taste other than watery). We have never had any issues with the service. But the other night our waitress did not give us great service. She forgot to bring my wife second glass of wine until we were ready to leave. After bringing our food she never came back to check and see if we needed anything. I ran out of tea and water and it was not till we got ready to leave before she came back to check on us. We love eating at Serio's and the service has always been great. But the other night it was bad.
