We had an excellent lunch of salads with various salmon and shrimp toppings. The hummus appetizer tray was great as was the tomato soup. The shrimp poboy was nice & everyone liked the crunchy fries. The seating is comfortable and staff friendly.
An off experience. The server said they were out of all the soups since the heat wave started. The chicken salad salad I ordered couldn't be prepared because the smoked chicken wasn't ready yet. Visiting from Alabama- first time in The Vine. Met Karyn- she was very helpful, gave us the lay of the land. My husband and I shared the fried boudin, the Muffuletta sandwich ( it was the best ever!!! We wanted to try the bread pudding because that’s my favorite.
