I stopped by here to get a cup of coffee to go. There was a gentleman before me to pay his bill. He walked away after the transaction was completed. Instead of the lady who took his payment asking me if she could help me, she walked away and started stacking dishes three feet away from the register. I stood there for three minutes, which seemed like a long time, waiting for someone to take my order. I noticed workers glanced at me but would not say anything to me. So I left. I was embarrassed and hurt. I'm not sure why they responded to me this way. I think it was because I was the only white person in the restaurant. Maybe not. I don't know for sure. Waffle House is our favorite breakfast place, and I like their coffee. I have never been treated this way at any other Waffle House restaurant. I hope the owner or manager sees this and responds. Note that three people were standing around, not doing anything. Very few customers were in the restaurant. I counted five tables that were occupied. All were eating. So they were not busy. There was no other reason I wasn't served. My wife and I sat in the parking lot and said a prayer for them. I hope others have a better experience than I did.

I was in town visiting and thought it would be good to sit and eat breakfast with my friend…First, it was too cold inside to sit an enjoy the meal. I saw one customer pull his arms inside his shirt while he waited for his food. For Waffle House, its Waffle House nothing extraordinary stood out. However once I checked out, I didn’t ask for a receipt because I get alerts regarding purchases. I get an alert for more than the meal. Mind you, we left a tip at the table And I did not add a tip upon paying with my card. When I went back the manager was very dismissive even when I showed him my online receipt of purchase. Lesson learned here.
I've eaten at waffle house all over this country. But I'm gonna tell you this one. They got some good food, period. And the people that worked there are all super cool and super friendly. Was very impressed.I never do post on waffle houses, but I had to on this one .Thank you waffle house!

This Waffle House has jumped their game up since my last visit. Fully staffed on this Sunday Noon. Cook in good action, place is clean. Out of gravy this morning, but supply issues bedevil most any culinary establishment these days. will return.

It normally be more stars at this location, but today 09/03/24 it was horrible mainly because of the manager looking over the shoulder of the employee and yelling instruction. That was rude and embarrassing for the employee plus a result of bad service and terrible food...
