Look I am a big girl and can eat but I was overwhelmed.I don't know if there is another area to eat but we ate in the lower portion and the acoustics are horrible and the people were so loud so some was poor social graces. Otherwise it was fine. Annoying when you are older I guess. Bon appetite.

It was freezing cold in the area we were sitting, you could literally see your breath.. asked several employees about adjusting or turning on the heat, they said they didn't have access to that.. my table order drinks and appetizers, everyone around us who came after us received their food first. The waitress offered no apology or rationale. We finally got our appetizers 80 minutes later, she did not return to offer napkins. Did not offer refills, When we spoke to Kim, the manager about the experience she said we were seeing it wrong.. it was just terrible, this was the 2nd time.. so I'm definitely done this time!!
My wife and I ate at Webster's on Halloween evening. We ordered a 1/2 order of breaded mushrooms. My wife had the chopped steak with gravy, I had the surf & turf filet mignon with jumbo shrimp. The mushroom order was huge, enough for four people. The mushrooms were the best I've ever had. Flavorful breading perfectly cooked. The mushrooms were cooked through but not oily. My wife's chopped steak was delicious and the mushroom gravy was delicious. I thought it was taking too long to receive our order but when we did receive our order I realized why it took time. The filet mignon was about two inches thick and about three inches in diameter. I ordered it well done, so it took time to cook perfectly. The filet mignon was the best steak I have ever had. The sear was perfect and the meat was cooked brown throughout but it was still juicy and tender. The seared crust and the meat were so flavorful that for the first time ever I ate an entire steak without any steak sauce. The shrimp were large and perfectly breaded and cooked. The cocktail sauce was the best I've ever eaten. The loaded baked potatoes were huge, but we only ate about one third of our potatoes because the portion size of our entrees was so generous. I normally could not eat that much food, but it was so good that I had to take my time and eat every bite.

Very cool looking restaurant, especially the bar area. I had a hankering for steak and it was great. The loaded baked potato and house salad were also good. Great cold beer on tap to boot!
