I ordered a large strawbrrry lemonade with no ice and they tried to give me one that wasn’t filled all the way up. It was a good 2 and a half inches from the rim. I have sensitive teeth so I can’t get ice in everything, but if someone requests no Ice, then don’t try to skimp them out on that. Literally damn ridiculous.

The nastiest restaurant I have been,the place was filthy.There more flies than French fries in the place.The employees were horrible,my father in law asked one young lady about wiping a spill that was on the counter when he got up to the counter.Her response was “that’s not my job” .Not sure if these are read but do better.Greenwood it’s not like you have a lot to offer.

Ordered online for carry out pick up for a specific time. Got to store door locked no one would open the door nor answer the phone. The drive thru was congested and not moving. Getting caught in that line would have me late for work. I did not get my food nor can I reach anyone about my online payment. Lesson learned, don't order morning carry out at Greenwood Wendy's

Always a pleasant experience at this Wendy's. Came in to order 12 biggie bags and order was completed and I was out the door within 10 minutes.
Business closes at 1 AM last night when i went, I came through the drive-through at 12:28 AM and they refused to serve me however the car right in front of me was able to order and receive their food

Wendy's seems to have upped their game lately. The food is hot and the taste is like it should be. I also love the menu and daily deals.
