Ordered online for carry out pick up for a specific time. Got to store door locked no one would open the door nor answer the phone. The drive thru was congested and not moving. Getting caught in that line would have me late for work. I did not get my food nor can I reach anyone about my online payment. Lesson learned, don't order morning carry out at Greenwood Wendy's

Wendy's seems to have upped their game lately. The food is hot and the taste is like it should be. I also love the menu and daily deals.
Business closes at 1 AM last night when i went, I came through the drive-through at 12:28 AM and they refused to serve me however the car right in front of me was able to order and receive their food

The food here is great when you can get it hot. The cashier is the only one to greet you even when other workers are at the counter or come to the counter when you are there. I have had more hot than cold meals from here, but it is always the cold ones that you remember like they were yesterday. The tables are usually halfway cleaned when dining in, so I am happy that I don't live far, so we go home to eat. They can do better.

Ordered a pretzel baconator, got home and it was a pretzel bun burger with only pickles, mustard, and ketchup. That’s not even a menu item. How do you get that out of “pretzel baconator” ? Like what I don’t get is you literally have to go out of your way to mess it
