Asked me to come in from the drive thru to get my tea. Then they did get it and it looked like watered down coke. Asked me to pull forward and two cars were already pulled forward and it had me blocked.

Today I came at 2:05 in the morning to the drive-thru. I stayed there looking for someone to take my order. They were sitting in the chairs and none of them wanted to work even though they knew I was there. We ask the management to pay attention and alert the workers to this matter.

Service was unwelcoming. Stood at the counter for several minutes before being acknowledged, despite no line. The cashier seemed irritated from the start, didn’t greet me, and acted like taking my order was a hassle. Sighed and looked annoyed when I took a moment to check the menu. Food was fine, but the attitude made the experience unpleasant. Won’t be back anytime soon.
Have not been happy the last few times visiting BK. The customer service is good. Many times they will ask you to pull BK or up as they continue to prepare your food.I don't mind waiting but it's displeasing to have to pull up and wait and your order is incorrect or cold. My burgers have not been dressed properly they barley have anything on them. If I ask/pay for extra I expect extra toppings not less .

Was in a hurry so I stopped for "fast food" was stopped from pulling up to the window and after a few minutes I just left. Not the first time this has happened but is the last. This Burger King is one of the most dysfunctional stores. I'm done with Grenada location
Visited yesterday afternoon. Ordered Whopper Junior Duo. I was very surprised to receive lukewarm burgers with no mayo, wilted lettuce and terrible looking tomatoes. The buns were fresh out the bag without being ran through the toaster/warmer. Smh. Must have been a lazy day for the crew or it was approaching the end of their shift and they just did the bare minimum. The meat was barely done, had a pale look to it. You made us back up from the window after we placed our order, and we waited for at least 8 minutes, then waved us to come back to the window to pull forward for our food. Not sure if no one wanted to prep the veggies and they were down to their last bit of mayo.?? We were all the way home before we opened the wrapping off the burgers and saw this. Terrible on the food. But service was friendly......We may go to another burger location from now on.......
