Waiting over 30 minutes still no food but had already paid. 2 people working but one sat in the bathroom not using it. Arguing between coworkers. Toddlers running loose around store. Smells like pee everywhere. This is the worst service ever.

I arrived at Burger King at 21:02 (9:02 PM). How do I know the exact time? Because I checked the posted dining room hours when I walked in the sign clearly said they close at 22:00 (10:00 PM).

I stood there until 21:10 before anyone even spoke to me. When someone finally did, all they said was, “What do you want?” I ordered a #5, no cheese, medium, with a side of fries and 4 Jalapeño Cheddar Bites. He took my order, gave me my ticket and cup at 21:11 (9:11 PM). Only one other customer was inside.

When I went to get a drink, there was no ice. The Root Beer tasted off, the Coke Zero was flat, and even the Diet Coke was flat. I ended up just getting water.

The single cook in the back seemed new and kept asking how to make different items. The man who took my order was yelling at him telling him to hurry up, drop this, cook that because there was a long drive-through line. Another worker was juggling drive-thru, running orders outside, and taking window orders. A third person was at the counter also yelling instructions. By this point, it had been 15 minutes, and “annoyed” was an understatement.

It honestly became unbelievable that if the man taking my order was a manager, he didn’t jump in to help the new cook instead of just yelling at him.

At that point, I figured I might as well wait it out and see how long it would take. Several other customers came in with issues about their food. I even recorded some of it and sent it to some friends because the situation was becoming ridiculous.

I finally heard my number called. The man leaned over the counter, handed me my food, and walked off without saying a word. I left at 21:45—34 minutes after ordering.

On the way home (about 4 miles), I snacked on my cheddar bites and fries. When I opened my burger, something fell out of the wrapper. I took a bite and it was loaded with mustard and onions, plus a mushy tomato—and the one thing I specifically asked not to have: cheese. So I tossed the burger out, hoping some critter would enjoy it.

When I got home, I checked the second burger. It also had cheese. It didn’t have all the extra toppings, but again, there was so much mustard it was spilling out of the wrapper.

Sitting there frustrated, all I could think about was that new guy still getting yelled at, being rushed, and trying to keep up. Why couldn’t someone actually help him instead of shouting at him?

Just a thought.

went to Burger King to get my son some fries went to the restroom first but then got in line and they just talking and they seen me waiting for a several mins so I just said if y'all don't wanna serve me then I take my good money some where else so who ever is the manager in Grenada Ms needs to get them up straight

First of all they were put of everything. The manager on duty was VERY LOUD!! Yelling at employees. Burger was COLD! Fries were decent. But won't be going back to that location

I would give no stars if I could...
I will not be returning to this location in Grenada MS. Very poor customer service and this is not the first time this has happened but this time I decided to drive away AFTER the two women started laughed through the loud speaker while already carrying on a conversation through it... Me and my children will eat else where for a quick lunch for now on.

You have to pull forward and wait. The food was good guess they got new cook. They are to busy hanging in parking lot with thier weed or the older gentleman with his girlfriend. I understand you can't get no one to work but I think you should just close Grenada MS location because the people are rude then just messy. But no reason to check they will be on best behavior when corporate goes to see them. Out of Dr. Pepper for days and all they have to do is change a bag out.

The service was okay and very quiet, because it was only 2 other customers there. A lil backed because food was being taken outside from the drive-thru orders. It seemed as if the two young ladies were new, which was understandable, by not knowing if certain items we're in stock such as the sauces but they helped each other figured it out. Maybe the lady with the pretty gray hair was the manager seemed not concerned with helping them nor the customers. She looked at my wife at the counter and didn't ask if she needed help or had her order been placed before the younger ladies came to the counter.

Asked me to come in from the drive thru to get my tea. Then they did get it and it looked like watered down coke. Asked me to pull forward and two cars were already pulled forward and it had me blocked.

Today I came at 2:05 in the morning to the drive-thru. I stayed there looking for someone to take my order. They were sitting in the chairs and none of them wanted to work even though they knew I was there. We ask the management to pay attention and alert the workers to this matter.
