I will never go back to the Captain Ds in Grenada again the lady at the drive thru window and that was trying to take my order was very rude and disrespectful. I was wanting the Ultimate seafood platter and they were out of the garlic shrimp instead of trying to see if they could substitute it for another shrimp she said in a very rude and disrespectful way that I could not order the Ultimate seafood platter. This was the first time I have ever been treated like that at that location. So I will not be going back there again.

Food was great.Service at the Drive -Through was Great.But I was very very disappointed at the quantity of food that I received for the price I paid.I ordered the catfish sandwich meal.When I got my food I was shocked to see two small pieces of thin catfish on a regular hamburger bun not the bun it showed on the menu picture. It had only a very small amount of sauce on it and just a pinch of lettuce. I couldn’t believe it. Then I looked at my fries. Can you beat they only gave me nine pieces of fries ( REALLY ). And with my drink it was right at $ 11.00.What a Rip-Off. I will never go to this restaurant again. So just a heads up’ if you want quantity for your money don’t go here. I actually had a kids meal for that kind of money.I could have got more for my money somewhere’s else.Very unhappy and disappointed ?☹️

I really think Capt. D's food is quite yummy BUT the location here in Grenada is VERY slow with service and the rice has been very hard, like as if it wasn't boiled at all. I'm gonna' attribute some of it to short staffing but if so, recruitment DEFINITELY needs to be beefed up.

Spent $26 dollars and the food was horrible! Fish was hard and over cooked, couldn't eat hushpuppies because they were hard as a rock. Baked potato tasted like it had been there all day and was also hard. Will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.
