I had one of the beat experience I ever had today. The manager was soo nice. I couldn't see her name on her name tag but she was the short Manager with the black and white shirt on. When I say she was serious about her customers. She made sure everyone was taken care of
I went to Jacks in Grenada on July 28,2024 about 1:15. We went through the drive thru. Lawanda’s personality was amazing. When I got to the window I had to ask who took our order because she was wonderful. She told me it was her. She was just as happy and friendly at the window. I will most definitely be back especially with customer service like that.
First time dining in at Jacks, it was a great experience, the staff was friendly and professional and they looked professional, everyone was in uniform and had a hair net on. I had the 2 piece dinner, with fries and slaw and the Peanut Butter & Cookies Shake. The food was hot, fresh and delicious!!!!? Even the parking lot was lit up and clean...Presentation and Service is everything!!! Two Thumbs Up for Jack's on Shelby Drive!!!

The Somerville, AL location is so disappointing. I hate that it's basically the only food option in this little town. Orders are never correct. Employees will just quit mid shift and leave. I ordered the steakhouse patty melt and it wasn't toasted, cheese wasn't melted, and only 3 mushrooms.

Salad was very good and also got my little granddaughter some of the Mac n cheese and she ate all of it. I tasted it and was so good. Homestyle good. They were also very nice.

Ion know what yall got going on but please fixing it. My child just received sandwich with molded bread. We have been stopping here every time we come to Grenada from Memphis and that was the last time. Last week we I came by in the middle of the week and the customer service sucked. We will just eat elsewhere from now on.
