I ordered a crispy chicken blt salad and when I got it there was no chicken on the salad. I would have went back if I didn’t have to be in a meeting. The girl at the drive thru was not friendly. I won’t be coming back.

Great food and service but we always have to pull up to get our food. Most of the time they will bring it right out but sometimes we have to wait. The staff is awesome 🤩

Clean restaurant and great food. However, extremely disappointing to stand at the counter for 15 mins, and not be acknowledged at all by the 4 employees standing behind the counter. They were very busy, so I have them a little grace. But to not even look at me at all or say a word is a little rude. Bless the manager trying to best to keep the ship afloat and for correcting the employees and apologizing. I can appreciate a great leader when I see one! She's doing a great job!

Me and my hommie went and got tht number 3# it was bussin !!!??The Lady's that waited on us was very welcoming and gave us a pleasant and welcoming aurora .

I had one of the beat experience I ever had today. The manager was soo nice. I couldn't see her name on her name tag but she was the short Manager with the black and white shirt on. When I say she was serious about her customers. She made sure everyone was taken care of
I went to Jacks in Grenada on July 28,2024 about 1:15. We went through the drive thru. Lawanda’s personality was amazing. When I got to the window I had to ask who took our order because she was wonderful. She told me it was her. She was just as happy and friendly at the window. I will most definitely be back especially with customer service like that.
